Can't recommend enough. Always going above and beyond for their customers and with their machines. We use a mixture of their trade print and machines and top quality from both. Environmentally conscious, which is a big thumbs up! Great family-run vibes business!

I put a bad review on under Kernow Solar, this review is wrong and I am trying to delete it. all i can say is this company is excellent, they have gone beyond to make sure our machine is working correctly, Nick and Myles have been so good coming to Cornwall to sort out out machine which is now perfect, retrained the staff. I couldn't ask for more. thanks guys. highly recommended.

Worst company I have had the misfortune of dealing with. Don’t buy the r jet pro. Worst printer ever. After sales is shocking. 2 hours training when paid for 2 days. Machine still not working and had it since August and they blame me. Never worked correctly from day one. Having to take them to court for a full refund. Total joke. They’re full of lies. Be careful what you buy it’s all imported and re branded cheap rubbish
Very good experience with this company and quick delivery. They invited us out to come view the machine and get a tutorial on using it from there staff. This was very helpful as it then ticked off a lot of questions before we had even placed our order. Quick access to their technicians from a QR code on the machine. Always get reliable and quick replies from there sales team. Had a slight defect with one of our products from delivery so I emailed them at 1:25pm and by 10am the next morning they was on site fixing it, and we are based over an hour away from them. All round very helpful and happy team :)

TCU GROUP LTD have been using Resolute for over three years now, and I can't recommend them enough! The service we've received has consistently been outstanding, both from the sales team and the technical support team. The sales team is always happy to walk us through everything and, if needed, connect us with someone who has even more expertise. It's really reassuring to know they’re always there to help.
The technical support is top-notch as well. They’re quick to diagnose any issues and are great at talking us through the solutions so we can handle things ourselves when needed. Whenever we've needed an engineer, they’ve always been with us within a day or two at most, and the problem is usually resolved within hours.
We wouldn’t consider using anyone else for DTF products! The pricing is excellent for the high-quality prints we get, and it's a huge relief to know that if we ever run into any issues, Resolute goes above and beyond to get us back up and running quickly.

We recently bought a DTF printer from Resolute and we couldn’t be happier!
The printer itself is fantastic—reliable, high quality and a pleasure to use—but what truly makes the experience outstanding is Julie. She is absolutely incredible: knowledgeable, welcoming and always ready to help.
We had a very minor issue and I have never seen a company resolve something so quickly—Julie handled it effortlessly. She worked so hard to fit us in and make everything happen fast, and nothing was ever too much trouble.
Vince, who carried out our training, was also excellent and made sure we felt confident using the printer.
If you’re thinking about a DTF printer, we cannot recommend Resolute—and especially Julie—highly enough!
