Update (5/6/26): Alli, those cap & trim fences on steel posts should hold up! We warranty our gates too. We’d like to look into this and see what’s happened- very unusual; let’s get a chance to help out’ 918-212-6131

Update (5/11/26): Our operations manager went out and we could not find any advanced failure of the fence or any issues other than normal weathering after a couple years. The walk gate is an 8' tall Cap & Trim and has sagged a little and we reached out to offer adjusting this to get it back to working. Alli has not called or texted since we've gone by and reached out.


Original: THIS is why we exist. We had a couple alterations and a MAJOR hurdle thrown our way mid project from the HOA... but we were able to get with the homeowner, assist where possible in getting information for the HOA to get quick approvals and make a change to keep the project moving and more particularly the backyard protected through the process. Heavy rains didn;t slow us down (too much)! Thanks again for helping show that RADIUS truly is the best fence company in Tulsa.
That finished 8 foot tall cedar fence looks classy and will provide the privacy your yard deserves. Understanding site limitations and how to handle adversity is a pretty important function for any contractor these days.
