You went far beyond simply making the bookings. All of the practical information you provided made a tremendous difference—especially your guidance on which days to visit each theme park, the rope-drop strategies, the checklists, tips on where to find things and what to get, the information sheets, and all the detailed guidance you gave us before and during the trip. From Disney and Universal to the Star of the Seas, Kennedy Space Center, and SeaWorld, everything came together incredibly well for my family's 1st trip to Orlando and Carribean islands and ports (Coco Cay, Costa Maya, Roatan, and Cozumel)
What really stood out was the amount of preparation and practical knowledge you provided. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Alyssa Setter, Travel Agent! She planned our entire California vacation from start to finish, including Disneyland, LEGOLAND, and Universal Studios. She took care of absolutely everything—our airfare, hotels, park and event tickets, rental car, and all the little details in between.
Having Alyssa organize everything made such a big trip feel completely stress-free. Instead of spending hours trying to coordinate flights, accommodations, transportation, and tickets, we could just look forward to our vacation knowing everything had been taken care of.

Kimberly was absolutely wonderful to work with for our Disney Girls trip! She went above and beyond from start to finish. She offererd to provide us with restaurant recommendations and reminded us when our reservation booking would open, helped us plan our trip, and even woke up early to make sure we were able to get tickets for Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party!

Liz was great from the start to finish. Our trip had a lot of moving parts, including a cruise as well as a Disney park visit. She made sure that every step of the way was planned out seamlessly so we wouldn’t have anything to worry about when we were there. She also gave us tips and tricks to help along the way. Riu Palace Costa Mujeres
The Riu Palace Costa Mujeres lived up to its high rating. Everything about this Riu Resort was terrific. First off, the grounds were gorgeous, the location was far enough from the busy-ness of Cancun. The hotel was spotless and the room was very clean. I wanted to take home the pillows! There was something for everyone and the multiple pools allowed for games or swim up bar or leisurely family plunges. The staff at poolside, buffet, restaurants, and housekeeping were very friendly and attentive. Staff encouraged fun and games at both poolside and away but were not intrusive in anyway. I found the food to be varied enough that everyone in my group could find something yummy.
The one downside was that the water in the gulf was not clear but that was not the fault of the resort. This did not keep me from enjoying the surf, just not able to use my goggles.
Very happy to have had this Riu experience.

We booked our Disney Vacation with Candice at Pure Magic Vacations and it was amazing! We already booked again for next year! The biggest thing we loved about working with Candice is how personable she is. She connected with us about our stay during and after as well. We felt like we truly got to know her and that she had our best interests in mind. We weren’t just a number or a sale. Our trip was incredible and every detail was covered.
