Property Conservation Services Reviews

Massive thank you to your whole team for a really smooth experience. Everyone we have dealt with in the process has been outstanding, being our first renovation, this could have been really stressful, but your team have made the experience so easy. Fantastic communication from everyone. The lads on site were really kind, friendly- also had a fantastic playlist!- and their workmen ship was brilliant. They had great communication throughout, and we would really love this to be relayed back to them. They were all really super professional, and you should be proud to have them on your team- we couldn't fault them! so thank you! If we find ourselves in the situation again where me may need damp and timber treatment- we will defiantly be recommending you!

The entire team at Property Conservation are an asset to company and cannot recommend them highly enough. David Finlay provided a detailed quotation and gave excellent advice regarding our options, Margaret was extremely helpful arranging the works to be carried out. Roger completed the works over a 3 day period, a very professional, skilled gentleman whose customer service was above and beyond expectation. Thank you to all involved, we are delighted with the end result.

I can highly recommend Property Conservation Services - we had a damp proof wall membrane that had failed and some damp at base of staircase and the guys have done a fantastic job. The crew were highly professional helpful and friendly at all times and have cleaned up so well afterwards you wouldn’t know they’d even been in! Special thanks to Roger, Robson and Alan. A tope team and thoroughly recommend them!

From start to finish very efficient team which included David, Roger, Rob, Scott, Alan and Lee. Part of my property required treatments to remedy and repair damage from historic moisture penetration. Will definitely use this company again if needed.

A very positive experience. The surveyor checked everything carefully and recommended damp proof treatment in one cupboard but not in other places I had been concerned about. The installer Roger came to do the work 2 days later. He was very pleasant and worked quietly and tidily and cleaned up after himself. So far so excellent!

Good Afternoon Martin

Many thanks for the 5-star review. We were pleased to identify that the timber infestation was historic and no longer active, which saved unnecessary treatment. Honest surveys and the correct diagnosis are what we aim to provide every time.

This lot sent out a useless surveyor called Steven Evans. All he did was boast about some prize he won. He missed the damp under the stairs but still came in double the price of Clove and Peter Cox and Biocraft. To be avoided!

Good afternoon, Mr Croughton

We are disappointed that your experience with Property Conservation Services has not been up to our usual high standards, Stephen Evans was awarded the Property Care Association surveyor of the year award for 2025 and has many satisfied customers as can be seen in the 5-star reviews below. We are a company that has always strived to improve standards, it would be appreciated if you could supply your survey reference number, as we are unable to find any record of contact with yourself

Kind Regards

Although slightly more expensive than most, they provide a 5 star service, belt and braces, sorting out old brick work, adding damp proof and plastering. Excellent tidy up, including rehanging curtain rails etc. Highly recommended.

We contacted this company due to rising damp issues and the surveyor came within a couple of days and explained our problems clearly. The technicians were booked in to fix the problem within a week or so and they arrived on time and worked extremely hard until the work was completed. They left the site clean and tidy and were very pleasant men to deal with. I would recommend this company to anyone.
