Pro Defense Pest Control Reviews

Pam Beagle 2026.10.17

Pro Defense has been great to work with. Armando and another technician serviced our home, and both were professional and thorough. What I appreciate most is that this company truly stands by its word. When they say they’ll come back if you see any pest activity, they mean it. They’ve been responsive, reliable, and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend Pro Defense to anyone looking for dependable pest control service.

Pro Defense Pest Control was responsive, thorough and efficient. The technician Daemian was polite, informative ,and reliable, and he performed an excellent pest control inspection and job. Very satisfied and would definitely call them again. Asked company if I can have Damian as my technician to perform pest control at my residence. He went above and beyond in performing his tasks. You can tell he loves his job and want him as my pest control technician from now on. Thank you Damian on such a great job…we got lucky and got Damien again and he did my mom’s house. And as I remember from before he went above a beyond again. Superb technician. Very respectful and professional. Knows his job and does it really well. Pro defense , give him a raise! He makes your company look very well….Wish he can be our tech everytime our house needs to get serviced. This for service on 10/12 new tech Jae Styles also did an outstanding job. Had to do a redo on ant activity and he really did well going through entire home putting medicine and explained thoroughly. So as I can tell prodefense pest control has really superb technicians and you will be in good hands with this company. Very satisfied!!!!!

ProDefense Pest Control has always provided great service. They communicate before and after the service both while they arrive and before they leave. They continue with a follow up email and text. The most recent service was to help get rid of bees in my trees and shrubs. Problem solved. I didn’t pay extra for this service since it is included in the routine service already provided throughout the year.

I'm disappointed in the drop in excellent service both from the technician and the office. We have had regular pest control and mosquito treatment with ProDefense for almost 2 years. For our most recent treatment, the total treatment was completed in less than 3 minutes (verifying from our Ring cameras) and upon talking to the office, the response was that the technicians are just really prepared when they get to the home 🙄

Desiree, I’m sorry to hear about the recent drop in service and that your last treatment felt rushed, especially after nearly two years with us. A 3‑minute visit and the response you received from our office isn’t the experience we want you to have—please contact us so we can review what happened and make this right.
