Bij Prime Repair ben je echt geen nummer, ofschoon het steeds druk is, herkennen ze je wel! Leidsestraat vlakbij de hoek Keizersgracht.

Le marchand était très gentil, réactif et ma réparé en 5 minutes mon portable ! Je recommande ! Ils sont super ! Ils ont sauvé mon voyage à Amsterdam !

Holy shtttt.... I live in Amsterdam.... Never have I ever had problems with mobile phones till now.... I tried all the professional makers and even samsung own makers but the cost is getting high therefore I am looking for thrustworthy company to work on it and not get scammed.
This shop is one of the most highest rated phone repair shop and all Amsterdam citizen knows that the main big shopping streets are most scams and for the tourist.
So with doubt I come in, instead of a shaddy bad service.... They are over flowing of welcome and hospitality never ever I have that good of a service very rare maybe in a fancy restaurant you will get this level.
They ask some questions and take me in my phone without any receipt or anything what is kinda feel like shaddy stuff but for sure this is not the case you will know.
I can come back in 2h... almost impossible nowadays you can get diagnose of your device in 2h as mostly they need a whole day for it but they are so well.
I came back and they are very patience and went through it with me and it worked. Instead of a quotation of samsung with couple of hunderds they can solve it for me just a small amount.
Everything is great! highly recommended!

My iphone doesn’t give any response while I was alone outside. I visited them they were very helpful & did a soft reset (I didn’t know nor able to search the combination) saved my day. They didn’t request any payment, so I wanted to thank to them from here.
