We recently discovered a leak in our main pipe after noticing our water bill had suddenly increased. We found out it was the main waterline from the house to the street. We called around and received three different bids, and Precision Flow Plumbing stood out immediately. Not only were they the most reasonably priced. Their communication and responsiveness were exceptional.
They came out quickly, were very attentive throughout the process, and did a beautiful job installing the new copper pipe. Finding honest, reliable plumbers can be difficult, and some of the other quotes we received were honestly outrageous. Precision Flow Plumbing delivered excellent work, great value, and professional service. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing help.

Unprofessional. Also not 24 hours like advertised, BEWARE. I called for a plumber at night, person on the phone said someone was dispatched and would arrive in 2 hours. I stayed up all night waiting and no one arrived until the next morning!!! At some point, I called back to ask for the status, someone said they would check and call me back. They NEVER called me back. They should not have promised to come if they couldn’t in the first place. Extreme waste of time

Adlon and the crew are there for businesses and homes when other plumbing companies won’t respond. They’re responsive on weekends and always as friendly and helpful on the phone as possible. They will often help you find the most budget friendly way to fix your problem. Worked with them multiple times.

We were disappointed with our most recent experience replacing the faucet and under-sink hot water heater in our kitchen.
First, I requested an appointment online. The form said we would hear back within a day; we didn't. I called to schedule an appointment, and they told me someone would come by 8-9 AM the next day, provide an estimate, and do the work if I approved the estimate.. After 10 AM, they called to say they had an emergency and would call me back in a few hours with an updated time; they didn't. I called the next day and was told someone would come 10-11 AM; they didn't, and we didn't receive a call this time. I telephoned again and was told they would call back to give me a new appointment time; they didn't. A plumber did come by when I was out; fortunately, my husband was home.
The plumbing work seems to have been done well, although a circuit breaker tripped because of where the water heater was plugged in. The plumber took away the old faucet and heater (good) and also the box with the new items, including the documentation and receipt (bad). I asked my husband what the work cost, and he said the plumber said that we would be invoiced, so we didn't get an estimate first; granted, I could have told my husband to request one.

I was fortunate to find and select A.B. Plumbing for a shower valve problem we had. We were looking at a very expensive solution based on an estimate from a reputable plumber we had used in the past. A.B. Plumbing proposed a less severe solution and was more concerned about our satisfaction with their services and future business than what they could charge. Life saver! Had an emergency kitchen sink situation late night and the technician came within 30 minutes. Over the years my husband and I have had AB Plumbing help us with several plumbing issues--some big (like fixing the water line to the main), some small (relighting the pilot light) and for other things in-between.
