I wanted to share my recent experience with Precision Services. I had a major leak on the side of my house that caused my entire side of my yard to be extremely soggy and muddy. Dallas and his team came out and was able to get the problem corrected by replacing my main water line. Thank you to Dallas, Chris, Shaun and Christine for working with me on this expensive job. Precision Services is practically a one shop stop with all the services that they provide.
Family run business. Dad/owner answered the phone on a weekend during a sewer emergency when they didn’t have to. Dispatched a driver (his son) within the hour after calling. Cross did a great job working my septic issues. Showed up ahead of schedule, kept me informed & finished quickly. Would definitely recommend this outfit!-//Pat
5 Stars, no hesitation. We had a sewage leak and called another company first (Pickle Septic & Plumbing) - Their Tech smoked in our yard and left their cigarette butts behind. Very unprofessional.
Then we called Precision Services and it was night and day. They actually found the real problem: our 2hp grinder pump had failed, and we had a 1,000+ gallon concrete tank buried in the yard that had apparently never been pumped - packed full of solids, which is what killed the pump in the 1st place. They cleaned everything out, excavated the buried tank, pumped it, and replaced the grinder pump. Thorough, Hones, and they explained it all clearly. If you want someone who diagnosed the actual problem instead of selling you a guess, call Dallas from Precision Services
Garrett and George were very thorough and professional. And super polite. They did a great job!!

Cross and Garrett came out to my house today and did an outstanding job!! My AC unit was making noise…they diagnosed it, checked on my warranty, got the parts and made it happen!! They communicated well through the whole process. Best part of all…my dog LOVED them, and everyone knows dogs are a great judge of character, so that should tell you all you need to know! Love Precision Services!!

Levi did a great job of repairing some some poorly installed sinks in our home…very personable and knowledgeable about the issue…without trying to make the work more than what it was.
