This dealership be very careful buying from these people. My sister bought a suv Chevy trex from them nothing but trouble from day one frist tires had to be replaced the the water pump and the thermostat housing now the turbo they did replaced the tires and the water pump but there refusing to fix the turbo . This is all happened in less than three months So be very cautious.

My experience with this dealership was highly unsatisfactory. Significant issues arose concerning the bill of sale, and the resulting difficulties have been considerable. The sales representative provided an initial price for the vehicle, and subsequent discussions regarding cash back were incorporated into the vehicle's purchase price rather than being applied separately. They charged me tax on cash back! When I advised them this was not allowed, they were rude and turned blame to the “government rules”. This practice led to an inflated final price, consequently increasing the amount of tax charged.
The dealership's practices lacked transparency, creating an environment where customers might feel misled. While they presented themselves as supportive, the process felt deceptive. They would continue to mention they reduced the price during another negotiation with someone else, but the deal fell through. This price adjustment for the previous deal with one someone else, was used as leverage, making it difficult to negotiate other aspects of the purchase.
During our last discussion in person, our salesmen Ronnie, spoke on price and when doing so, he knocked off $995.00. When asked about this, he said, and I quote- “don’t worry about that”. So it was understood he was giving us the vehicle for $995.00 less, as he did not state any correction nor imply any different.
Furthermore, there was an attempt to upsell extended warranties at a premium cost, which we were told “I’m not making much of this sale, but I’ll the make money off the warranty you buy”, which ended up costing over $3000.00 and was added to our loan, which will be accumulating interest and costing more in the long run.
Overall, the dealership's approach was not upfront and did not appear to prioritize the customer's best interests. Its best avoid this place, as now I am incurring legal fees to fix the mess this place has caused.
If you want transparency , accurate documentation, honest salesmen and no fraud? Don’t go here. They still stand behind “you have to pay tax on cash back”. Clearly uneducated and focused on dollar signs rather than actual facts.
Do yourself a favour- don’t bother.
