Will and his team have been excellent to work with. Pinnacle’s pricing is very competitive, and the quality of both their refurbished equipment and their own-brand products is exceptionally high. We did experience a minor issue with the third‑party delivery company, but this was quickly resolved directly by Will and his team. This, in my view, is what sets outstanding customer experience apart from simply good customer service. Overall, Pinnacle is a great company to deal with, and we will definitely use them again in the future.

I pretty much exclusively deal with Will and his team - any time I have bought from other companies it has been a shambles compared to purchasing from Pinnacle Fitness. He has looked after me since the day I openned my gym and I'm confident that relationship will continue. The team know their stuff, its got a personal touch and he takes great pride in his stock. I emailed pinnacle for some advice on 3 different machines they had for sale. Multi leg resistant machines with cables for extension/curl. The feedback I got from William was very insightful and honest and I was even recommended to buy the cheaper of the 3. It arrived very quickly by large pallet delivery and I managed to assemble it within a couple of hours. Very well packaged. Works extremely smoothly and no problem fitting on it with my 6ft 4 frame. Plenty of weight on it too. Very happy with it, i'll be using them again for any more gym equipment when i need it. Such a pleasant experience, compared to another company i originally fully kitted out my gym with, who basically committed fraud, ripped me off and failed to deliver half of the stuff they claimed was new but was used. Ended up doing a charge back on my card from equip4gyms. William and Pinnacle are the way forward!!

Thanks to Will and the team for giving us an amazing addition to our home gym. We were looking for a Smiths machine to enable us to do more strength training and we wanted one that would fit discretely along with Pilates equipment in our studio. Will recommended the Blitz fitness which arrived on time and was delivered by his assembly team. Just as well as it was a 2 man job to fit this heavy beast together. It’s now had pride of place in our gym for 3 weeks and we absolutely love it. The Blitz is stacked with plates and weights which should more than cover our future needs.
