We have used Pinnacle many times through eBay or their website. Absolutely fantastic service, they make sure everything is spot on.
I have had a great experience with Pinnacle Fitness. Will and his team are great and very accommodating.
After going to their warehouse and viewing some equipment, I purchased 2 bikes at a great price, and both were delivered and installed in great condition.
Will has really gone out of his way to help and has always been quick to reply to any queries.
I would 100% recommend them, and I will most definitely be going back to Pinnacle Fitness for any future purchases.
I had my gym mostly kitted out by Pinnacle Fitness! I can say with my hand on my heart that Will, went above and beyond to ensure everything was right from the ordering process to installation and sorting out any snags after installation. Will, in a very uncomplicated way made everything happen smoothly. I would highly recommend him and his company if you need gym equipment!

Will and his team have been excellent to work with. Pinnacle’s pricing is very competitive, and the quality of both their refurbished equipment and their own-brand products is exceptionally high.
We did experience a minor issue with the third‑party delivery company, but this was quickly resolved directly by Will and his team. This, in my view, is what sets outstanding customer experience apart from simply good customer service.
Overall, Pinnacle is a great company to deal with, and we will definitely use them again in the future.
First class all the way.
Choice, advice, price and delivery. We are delighted with the equipment. Highly recommend to anyone interested.

Thank you so much!
On behalf of Templehall Community Gym, I can’t speak highly enough about Pinnacle Fitness. After our local community gym was unfortunately let down by Equip4Gyms—who took payment and never delivered the equipment we ordered—we were left in a really difficult position.
That’s when Will from Pinnacle Fitness stepped in, and honestly, he was an absolute hero for our community. He went above and beyond to support Templehall Community Gym, making sure we were taken care of and helping us secure the new equipment we desperately needed. His professionalism, integrity, and genuine care for our members truly stood out.
The delivery team were just as impressive. The guys were punctual, friendly, and incredibly helpful. They handled everything with care and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
Thanks to Pinnacle Fitness, Templehall Community Gym is back up and running properly, and we couldn’t be more grateful. If you’re looking for a company that genuinely cares and delivers on their promises, I highly recommend them.
