Requested last minute appt same day for neck pain and suspected muscle spasm. Basil was really friendly and helpful. As this was my first physio session, he explained the assessment process and ensured he got accurate information about my pain and anything that may have contributed towards it. He then used posture exercises and hands on examination to confirm the problem. Given I only had a 45 minute appt, Basil ensured he provided some hands on treatment to massage the area and also did some assisted stretches which helped me to get more movement in the area. I was also left with some exercises to complete. Basil explained everything patiently making sure I understood the problem and treatment and made sure I was comfortable throughout. Friendly reception staff to book appt also and accommodate a same day appt request. Would recommend to anybody needing treatment!

Journey of improvement and better posture
Had 6 months of physiotherapy with Kajal at the Lewisham branch owing to slipped disc in the neck causing shoulder and back pain. She helped ease knots, muscles and recommended exercises to help manage the pain. Following her advice to also get an MRI scan, it confirmed her diagnosis and devised a plan of exercises to help reduce inflammation and discomfort. All the while improving my posture! Thanks to Kajal, I am no longer suffering!

I honestly cannot recommend Kajal highly enough!
I came to her after dealing with nerve issues in my neck which were causing me a lot of pain, tingling and genuinely quite a bit of distress. At the time, I was really worried about whether I would get back to feeling normal again.
Over the past 9 weeks, Kajal has been absolutely wonderful. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient and reassuring throughout the whole process. She always took the time to explain what was going on, why we were doing certain exercises and what I could do myself to help with my recovery.
What I appreciated most was how much confidence she gave me throughout the process. I never felt rushed or like I was just another appointment. She genuinely cared about my progress and adjusted things along the way based on how I was responding.
I’m now back to 100% and completely pain free, which honestly feels amazing considering where I started.
Kajal has been brilliant from start to finish and I’m incredibly grateful for all of her help. If you’re looking for a physio who is knowledgeable, caring, encouraging and genuinely invested in getting you better, I could not recommend her more highly.

Five stars for Basil at Physio-Answers Southend. Basil truly listens and understands how stress and burnout manifest physically. His treatment made a massive difference in releasing the pain and stiffness in my body. I feel so much lighter and more comfortable.
The clinic is located right near a bus stop, very easy to get to. I have my sessions with Kajal and she is great and patient. She releases the pain and tensions for me effectively and explains to me how the muscles connect to each other so that I don’t just feel the issues but also understand them. Progress and improvement are evident!

Leena has been extremely helpful over the past months providing the most appropriate exercises /physio for my needs. I have made significant progress and Leena has also provided general advice and tips for exercises which is very much appreciated. Accupuncture has been a beneficial addition, and it's something which I thought wouldn't work but have been surprised of the results.

Am visiting for a short time and had neck issues so came to see Basil. He was very amenable, knowledgeable and friendly. I left 45 mins later feeling much better. Would definitely recommend him as a therapist.

I had Kajal for 6 sessions and I would 100% recommend. She has been very thorough in figuring out what was wrong with my knee and what exercises I need improve it and the massages have been great (even when slightly painful!)

Leena did a fantastic job with my treatment. I have seen huge improvement after following the regular treatment and detailed plans she set for me over the last couple of months. She came up with a plan that has resulted in real and long lasting change. Highly recommended!

Great Physio sessions. Identified area of lower back of concern and suggested exercises, alongside massages in session and acupuncture.
Back feels great and did 4 straight days of tennis. Unimaginable previously.

I have been seeing Leena for about three months for a shoulder injury that came out of nowhere and was incredibly painful and debilitating. From the first appointment she was extremely empathetic, kind and considerate and got me back to normal activity with ease. I cannot be more thankful and would highly recommend her.
