I am writing this post because I got a tow for 5 miles was quoted 125 for for miles is crazy and I was told the wait time would 1 hour I ended up waiting 2 and a half hours and when I was trying to contact them abiut thebeta they were ignoring me and my phone number I called from a different phone number and they answered right away. They are very unprofessional i wouldn't use them unless absolutely necessary

Just got a tow from these guys and I have to say It was a great experience to end a bad day. I would like to comment first on safety, craftsmanship and integrity of this young man. I work at the Palo Verde Nuclear Power Plant and safety is first and foremost. Others that have hooked up my truck and hooked it up incorrectly, and this gentleman utilized the hooks at my front bumper and had the truck on the flatbed in a matter of minutes. I mentioned this process to everyone that has pulled my truck onto a flatbed. It is a very heavy truck and i've never been happy the way others performed this task. It is my recommendation.If you are on the side of the road and you need professionals to come to your rescue, these folks are the ones to call. If you get Sam on your call you should write a review. I rarely write reviews. I believe this gentleman should train others not only in means and methods but How to deal with the public. My hat is off to Sam. And I will store this number for future issues and to pass the word of a good man in a good company! THANK YOU GUYS FOR PROMPT AND SAFE PERFORMANCE!

Service was fast and way better then I expected from a tow company. The person in the office picked up right away and kind of walked me through everything and told me what it would cost and about how long it might take. The price they gave me on the phone ended up being what I paid at the end with no weird extra fees tacked on. My driver showed up pretty close to the time they said and even called me a bit before so I could get my stuff out and be ready with the keys. He was friendly even in the heat and you could tell he knew what he was doing loading my car up on the truck. Everything felt safe the whole time and he even checked that I had a ride home before he pulled away. In the past I have dealt with tow trucks that were rude or tried to push me into extra work so honestly I was nervous to call anyone. This time there was no pressure and no upsell talk just straight help and get it done. From the first phone call to dropping the car at the shop the communication stayed good with updates and a quick message when the tow was done. The truck was clean the driver had a good attitude and the whole thing went faster then what I have waited with other companies before. Price felt fair for the distance and I liked that they explained the hook fee and miles ahead of time so I could decide without feeling rushed or taken advantage of. Based on my experience all the good reviews about friendly drivers and quick arrival times seem real. I did see some bad reviews online about long waits and rude people on the phone but that just was not what happened for me. Everyone I talked with sounded respectful and patient while I was still trying to figure out where to send the car and what my plan even was. If I get stuck again around Phoenix this will be the first tow number I search up and call. I will be back as a customer if I ever end up needing another tow.

This review could have turned out great. Except they kept hanging up on me , when they did answer, The gentleman who picked up said since I keep calling rushing them that they're going to cancel me. Then hung up on me.... And I'm sitting here trying to call them back so I could tell them that I 0 even rushing them, i feel sorry for them jumping to conclusions and assuming that I was rushing them. Never once did I say hurry up or I'm in a hurry none of that was said. I was actually running behind and I wanted to make sure that they weren't already there. But they kept being childish and hanging up on me. I'm sorry for you, because you have such a bad attitude. God Bless you, my prayers go out to you. Other than that, i will never, ever use your company for sure now.
