Great delivery driver, that's about it!
I have been a customer of Vision Pharmacy Narborough Road for many years and they keep failing to provide my prescriptions and I have to chase them for it.
I have several high level painkillers including morphine patches and I am often left waiting a week or possibly two with absolutely no painkillers at all and the "reason" given is they are waiting for one item to come in stock.
I have to go weeks without any painkillers because they lack one item!
How ridiculous is that.
And this has happened many, many, many times.
And everytime I ask them to please deliver me what they have so at least I am getting some level of management relief and I will patiently wait for the other item.
The out of stock item is always the morphine patches.
Sometimes I upon requesting my monthly repeat prescription from my GP I call Vision Pharmacy and check whether they have the morphine patches in stock and even though they confirm they do I am often waiting for my delivery as they then run out of stock.
I have been on these patches for a few years and my prescription is monthly.
Surely someone would think order extra in as this customer is in need monthly?
And I have suggested this several times but still I wait a week or more for my prescription delivery.
Absolutely shocking behaviour.
The delivery driver is an absolutely amazing man.
Very helpful, professional and polite and he goes above and beyond for the customers.
And most of the people who answer the phone have very professional and polite manners but these issues keep occurring and they never really answer my questions and there is absolutely zero accountability.
I am so close to complaining to the medical ombudsman.
No one should have to wait a week ot two for their prescription.

Avoid Like The Plague
Placed order 3rd April 2023, still not received order as of today 21st April. Ignored several emails, phoned 3 times and got put through to a department that never answers. Rang a 4th time and was promised a call back, still nothing.
Avoid this company at all costs, they are nothing but a front
AWFUL COMPANY
I ordered Floradix Iron Solution on Nov 24th 2022. Paid for delivery 1-2 days too. I was moving house on Dec 5th but had the Floradix sent to my old address as it should’ve taken 1-2 days as stated. It never turned up! Money was taken from my account but no product. I called them numerous times to chase the product. Received such poor and unhelpful customer service. They kept saying there had been delays because of the strikes. I even changed my address with them after Dec 5th and they said they took it down. They didn’t. This was confirmed by another unhelpful colleague of Vision Pharmacy. So basically, no product, no help and poor service but they happily took money from my account and we are nearly in 2023 now! Do not buy from them. Never dealt with such an unprofessional company.

Purchased infant calpol from the pharmacy on 20 November 2021 and realised on the same day that it was a faulty calpol. It does not open and therefore the medicine is useless. I went back to this pharmacy on 21 Nov 2021 to exchange the product and the senior staff who run the place were disgustingly rude and argued because of Covid they have a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) thats states by law they are not allowed to exchange nor refund. They sarcastically stated they love helping customers but had a funny way of showing it. I highly recommend avoiding this racist pharmacy.
Went in due to a diabetic emergency 31/10/21
Previously had visited and had to buy a blood sugar monitor. Returned on said date to purchase further test strips for this device and was informed by pharmacist that they did not stock said strips anymore. Was very unhelpful regarding in and seemed totally uninterested in helping further.
I left and had to return on 111's advice, when I searched myself the test strips were there and waiting. I was informed they would be the wrong strips for my device however I am glad I knew better.
Not only did the pharmacist provide the wrong information about stock, they were actively unhelpful and attempted to direct me away from critical medical supplies. Further training required in this important area I would think.

It isn't very pleasant when you are tired and go to this pharmacy to buy medicine and find an uneducated and non-friendly pharmacist. She even doesn't know medicines and speaks rudely with customers. She is the worst pharmacist I've ever seen.
I will never ever visit this pharmacy.
Excellent service! The pharmacists Toindepi & Kiran were very helpful with the instructions and the help that gave to my cousin with asthma problems. Absolutely 5 deserved stars!
