Placed an order 2 weeks ago. Nobody ever showed up. Called today and they acted like I never placed the order. “I don’t see that anyone has accessed your account “. Now they’re charging us $130 because the tank ran out.

Heater failed right before an unseasonably cold week. Repairs not possible due to obsolete parts.No heat for a week except space heaters & 1 small baseboard heater that doubled our normal elec bill in just 3 days of use. We were still cold, but at least the pipes didn't freeze.
Service Dispatcher Carolynn despite juggling a massive workload, technician shortage, and multiple emergency calls emailed us (after hours -on her own time- while taking care of her own family on the weekend) to help us with new heater specs and also let us know she found us the last remaining temporary heater, and was able to find a technician to install it. I couldn't be more grateful for her empathic care and organizing, and for the expertise and safety consciousness of the technician who found the potentially catastrophic issue and then safely installed the temporary heater for us.

When I called and said my heat was out Mat arrived within hours and went above and beyond to repair the problem and then make due of the integrity of the entire system.

Outstanding service. In 2023 I had a new tank installed, but there were issues in the winter of 23/24. I had 5 or 6 emergency calls for furnace shut offs due to the line freezing. P Gagnon responded to every one in a timely manner, no matter what day/night or time. They resolved each issue quickly, and in the fall of 2024 worked on the tank issues. We had a very cold 24/25 winter, and though I was nervous at first, the system was flawless throughout. With P Gagnon I have peace of mind, and that simply does not exist in many places any more. Again, absolutely outstanding service!

Used them for years, knowing I was paying a premium for service and I was fine with that. Recently, my boiler died and I had them come out to give me an estimate. Keep in mind there’s no heat or hot water without the boiler, still no estimate from them, but a couple from other vendors. I guess I’m not getting the premium service I’ve been paying for.

We’ve used P-Gagnon for oil, propane, and installation services at more than one property and they are fantastic. We left a decades-long relationship with another company for P-Gagnon and you should too - they are good people, very responsive, and seem to always deliver!

This company is too greedy and unwilling to help elderly customers . Even if they have been customers OVER 25 years.. they should be ashamed. office personal are unhelpful..
