I suffered aTBI in October, 2023 at the Visalia Convention Center. When I was released from the hospital, I contacted Peerali Law to represent me in a Personal Injury lawsuit against the City of Visalia, the owner of the Visalia Convention Center. I couldn’t have made a better choice of representation. From the very beginning, Peerali Law’s major objective was me and my health and well being. It wasn’t until I was in the path to recovery that Peerali Law started working on the lawsuit. They attacked every angle. They were relentless! Every member of the firm worked for me, from the Law Ckerks to the attorneys. The proof of their desire to get the best settlement available came when we went to Mediation and within the first hour of the first meeting the Defebse made an acceptable settlement offer. Peerali Law didn’t stop there. If they had stopped, we would probably still be dealing with the Defebse attorneys stall tactics rather than having received the settlement funds. Everywhere you turn, some Personal Injury Law Firm is advertising and making their claims. There is not a doubt in my mind that Oeerali Law is head and shoulders above all those who advertise.

Absolutely the best Personal Injury attorneys ever! My experience with PI attorneys has never been flattering. The ones I've had in the past were your typical ambulance chasers, that treated you like cattle lining up for slaughter. They had their own agenda to make money for themselves and for the doctors and experts they had on for kick backs. So I knew I was NEVER going to go back to a former PI attorney that I hired, and I was reluctant on actually searching for another one. But somehow I lucked out and was referred to Peerali Law. Serena was my attorney and she was hands down the best!! It was a 180 experience I had with her from the experience I had with my other PI attorneys. She actually cared, about me!! She listened and comforted me. At times I was reluctant to go forward, but she explained everything so clearly and carefully, I knew that I was in the right hands. Everyone that was in contact with me from Peerali had the same caring attitude and advice for me. They made themselves available to me and made me comfortable to ask the litany of questions I had for them on almost a daily experience. The process was not quick in any means, but that was not my concern. Honestly I wondered if I was wasting their time. But they stuck by me happily always asking if there was anything else I needed. The professionals and doctors that I was sent to were top notch. Not just a numbers game, get you in, log the appointment, and send a bill. They followed up and really cared about me getting better. My accident was a trip and fall, where I fractured my elbow. Thanks to Serena and her team at Peerali I got the best care I could ever hope for.
