What a great job! Super nice guy who knows his craft and provides wonderful results. Jack has a 26 year history in repairing doors, locking hardware and making loyal customers. All doors seal perfectly and lock installations are super strong and operate as smooth as glass. He arrived on time with all the tools and hardware required. The work progressed smoothly and steadily. He even explained what he was doing and how it would work when done. We are so glad we found Jack at Pro Door Repair ! ! !

They replaced an exterior double door unit that had rotted with a new fiberglass unit with composite frame. This door was installed Feb 24, 2025, and looks great. They were very meticulous and made sure we were satisfied before they left. I highly recommend Pro Door Repair, and they'd be my first call, if I needed another door replaced.

Jack, the owner, is an amazing guy with decades of experience and he can diagnose problems and find solutions quickly. We hired Pro-door to fix some battered doors that were poorly hung and they did an amazing job bringing them back to life. They were prompt, told us exactly what to expect, and then did an extremely professional job. It was really a pleasure working with someone so knowledgeable and courteous. I cannot recommend these folks enough.

My sliding patio door was well installed. Not the scratch in the glass at eye level Called many times and no response. They gave me for the installation many dates and then canceled the appointment. My biggest complain is that I was left with a deep scratch in the glass at eye level.

We changed the installation date due to the rain. We don't do installs in the rain. The door did not have a scratch in the glass when we left. We always take pictures of our work as we complete each job. Just so we can verify our tech's quality of work. We are not sure what happened with Ms Grace. She seemed like she was struggling at the time we came out. We sincerely hope she was able to resolve the issue with the scratch. As always, we strive for quality and customer satisfaction. In this case, we have exhausted resolutions for this customer. Providing proof of our work is our best resolution. We hope everything works out well for her.

Jack did great work for us! He had custom French doors made in a couple weeks and installed them as soon as they were ready. He and his crew were very accommodating and cleaned up before he left. I would recommend him to anyone in the future.

I hired them to replace a door and all the frame. On install I got the wrong door but they installed it anyway since it would have take them a week to replace it. I got a one glass lite but ordered a 15 lite. 1 glass lite seem to be the more popular choice. The door and frame was installed all by one installer. Since the install, the rot free door and frame held up to many rains since then.
