Just great, we had a Powerwall 3 + 16 panels installed, Matt/Mark and the team were fantastic at helping alleviate concerns and get everything planned along with the installation team (Mark, Dick & Connor) being top notch, they even tidied up our chimney and cleaned our roof for us!
Will definitely use PDP again, companies like this are a rarity!

PDP provide an excellent, professional, and cost-effective service. They have resolved several oil boiler and valve issues for us, diagnosing and fixing the problems quickly and efficiently. Was pleased with prompt response to request for an estimate, and useful details relating to the specification of the shower. The work was carried out within a few days, and the two jobs were completed within a couple of hours, which was most impressive. Very pleased with the quietness of the shower, which replaced a previous unit over 12 years old.

I congratulate the PDP team on a really smooth install. From initial consultation, through design to install and post install support I thoroughly recommend PDP. Mark, Connor and Dick , the installers, were excellent. The worked well as a team, we're very courteous and respectful of my home / property. Their work on the install was done with great care . Finish is super. Mark took time to explain the app to monitor system and Connor returned to fix a broken tile that he and Dick spotted at end of install. Very good workmanship. Overall great experience and solution provided at a very good price point.

Excellent Solar panel installation
We had solar panels fitted by PDP who were professional and courteous throughout the process. All aspects of the process were explained with a very detailed quote. The whole team from PDP and AJD Scaffolders were considerate of our property, quick, efficient and polite during the two day installation. Support from the office was great with explanations on next steps to contact our supplier etc. I would thoroughly recommend PDP for solar installation.
This isn’t a review – it’s a story.
I found myself in the worst situation imaginable during my motorcycle trip. Long story short, I was sitting on the pavement trying to fix my bike, completely broken and ready to give up.
Out of nowhere, Paul pulled up and asked if I needed help. He told me he had a workshop just 15 meters away. At that point, I was seriously considering scrapping the bike and walking all the way back to France.
Less than an hour later, I was back on the road, still in shock. It honestly felt like I had just met my guardian angel.

I have had a problem with some aspect of our plumbing and I contacted PDP because we had work undertaken by them previously when they installed solar panels and found their work to be excellent. The plumber who arrived was friendly and courteous and appeared to have resolved the problem but later that day the issue reappeared. After further contact with PDP the plumber returned and after further work the problem was sorted out permanently. I have found PDP an easy and efficient company to deal with and I would not hesitate to recommend their services.

Top class service. From initial booking and quote to the job being carried out PDP were fantastic. Replacement of two radiators system drained refilled and fernox added. Full system check on completion and all radiators balanced. Pipe work was like a work of art considering working from very tricky existing micro bore copper pipes. All work carried out to an excellent standard and everything left spotlessly clean and tidy. I would recommend PDP very highly for their skill, professionalism and competitive pricing.

Our Samsung heat pump was under-performing and one room was a bit cool. We asked PDP to upgrade a radiator and to install a ‘Homely’ heat pump controller. The latter took longer than expected - largely because the supplying company’s installation instructions were wrong - but they have honoured their quote. The room temperatures are now much more stable, and the pump’s energy usage and hence running cost has reduced by about 20%. A good job done by PDP. They can be proud that they have improved the most energy efficient house in Hassocks (EPC A99).
