We were thinking of moving to Paradise. We drove by this community one day and decided to stop in and check out the homes. The property is very nice and clean. I can tell the manager April takes pride in her job and loves the residents. She was super helpful and showed us a 3 bdrm home. Unfortunately we need a 4 bdrm, so we won't be buying there.

Apryl is an amazing park manager for Paradise estates. She is very compassionate and very understanding. If we have any kind of issues or question she helps us right away and if she dont have a solution she will find one to help us out. Apryl is very easy to talk to. We have been there about a year and half and never had any issues with Apryl. Always been respectful, courteous, compassionate and helpful. I wouldn't want any other park manager. Keep up the amazing work Apryl you deserve a raise for all that you do for the park community.

April cares about the residents in the community at this park! You couldn't ask for a better manager. These are all new mobile homes and they are all owner occupied, no rentals I love this.
We recently had the pleasure of working with Apryl Casey, the park manager at Paradise Estates, and we couldn't be more thrilled with the experience. From the very beginning, Apryl has been incredibly helpful and polite, guiding us through every step of the process of purchasing our new home. Her professionalism and dedication to her work are truly commendable.
Apryl's attention to detail and her genuine care for her clients are evident in every interaction. She went above and beyond to answer all our questions, provide valuable insights, and ensure that we felt comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. Apryl even offered us fantastic ideas for our new place, shared information on local shopping centers, and introduced us to the "Paradise way" of doing things, which is a refreshing change from what we're used to in Chico, which is unfortunately turning into a homeless dumping ground. Her warm and friendly demeanor made us feel welcome and supported, turning what could have been a daunting experience into a pleasant journey.
In addition to Apryl's outstanding assistance, we also had the privilege of working with Chris Podesta. Chris helped us with signing the paperwork, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable. His easygoing nature and great sense of humor made what could have been a stressful experience a delightful one. Chris's motivation and thoroughness during the walkthrough and inspection ensured that everything was in perfect order, giving us peace of mind as we prepared to move in.
We also want to highlight Mark Ashby, the transaction coordinator/sales, whose role was another crucial pillar in the success of our home purchase. Although we never met Mark in person, his responsiveness and patience were evident through our email exchanges. Mark provided quick solutions and demonstrated a fast, result-oriented work ethic that kept everything on track. His contributions were invaluable and played a significant part in our smooth and successful transaction.
A special shout-out goes to our realtor, Mr. Lee Jones of LKJ Realty Inc. Lee has been incredibly patient and determined to help us find our new home. His encouragement and support throughout our search were invaluable. Lee's excellent communication, professionalism, and extensive knowledge of the real estate market made all the difference. He embodies what every home buyer is looking for in a realtor.
Finally, we want to express our gratitude to the entire Paradise Estates community. We are beyond excited to move to Paradise Estates and start this new chapter in our lives. This entire experience has been a blessing, and we are incredibly thankful for everyone involved. This park is in a beautiful part of Paradise with a good view. I came in one afternoon to take a look around, the park manager, April, was super sweet and helpful. She had the answer to all of my questions. I will definitely leave this on my list of places to move!
