My partner and I often go to Panwa in Papakura as its closer to where we live but were out these ways for an event so decided to give the new location a go and we were not disappointed!! Lovely space they've created, friendly and inviting staff and the deep tissue massage from Jeffy was heavenly! Really got into my problem areas and I left feeling so refreshed and relaxed!! Would love to be here every week!!

I had a wonderful experience here. I spent 15 minutes in the sauna before my massage, followed by a 60-minute massage treatment. The combination was perfect — the sauna helped warm up my muscles, and the massage worked deeply to release tension and ease tightness throughout my body. Nida was very attentive, professional, and put a lot of effort into making sure I was comfortable. I left feeling completely relaxed, refreshed, and much less tense than when I arrived. I enjoyed my experience so much that I came back again this week after visiting last week. Highly recommend for anyone looking to relieve muscle tension and stress. A special thank you to Napat and the entire team for their kindness, professionalism, and excellent service. The massage was incredibly relaxing, and we left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
