Would give it zero stars if I could! Seen cockroaches near the food! Manager Jessica is horrible and disgustingly rude not customer service skills charged me extra and wouldn’t refund me after unable to complete my mobile orders!! Stay away! Horrible! Manager makes it worst

Had chicken with broccoli at one point it tasted like fish . It was giving cross contamination from utensils. I don’t practice religion but this could be a big no for a customer that does while also bring germs (obviously) and no salt or jsut no flavor . I wanted to look in the kitchen but I naturally looked away cause Ignorance is bliss I didn’t want to believe it that’s what I was thinking when I was ordering. But after tasting it the food symbolized the worst of humanity in a way for me because I gave benefit of doubt and look where it got me . If I just looked and actually left and not given benefit of doubt you would have had a higher rating

I ordered here tonight off uber eats like I Always do I got one plate of double orange chicken and the other orange chicken & teriyaki chicken when I tell you guys the teriyaki chicken stink so bad so bad I always order from panda it’s one of my favorites but the teriyaki stand so bad it has a bad smell it lit up my whole apartment it smell so bad I couldn’t even eat it

I drove an HOUR to try this place. We have them in Texas and have missed it since I moved up ... so I was excited to try it ! Store is clean and staff was very friendly and polite upon entrance. Unfortunately the food was not quite how I remember it from back home and that's with DRIVE thru, in which expectations are higher as you open that when you get back home. I didnt want to think the other reviews were right but they somewhat are. Orange chicken is their known favorite chicken dish, but wasn't GREAT! I was used to fresh steaming food being presented, not warm "ok" food. They put soo much rice as you can tell as well and I got some that was just hard (overcooked). I literally had to ask them to take rice out from my bowl and think its the only reason I received more chicken. Think food preparing/packing could be better as I at least don't want 80% of my plate being rice! Hope this gets better as Panda Express has a great reputation down south... or maybe its just this location. :/

Poor Service and Unprofessional Staff This place really needs improvement. The employees are not friendly or helpful, and the management doesn’t seem to care about customer service. You have to wait a long time in line every time, and hygiene is not maintained at all — tables and the dining area are often dirty. Very disappointing experience overall.

Very Disappointed with Service, Hygiene, and Management There are people who consistently experience poor service here, including myself. Every visit means standing in line for a long time, and the staff seems careless and disorganized. Hygiene is not maintained — tables and counters are often dirty. The employees and management both need serious improvement; they don’t seem to care about customers or cleanliness.

The chowmein is like WIRE I got 3 tiny piece of meat in my beef & broccoli The rice is tasteless and hard Don’t order from this location, it’s the worst .. The food here is always delicious and the workers are friendly and helpful. I had an issue with one of my items and the manager was super helpful and fixed it for me. That makes me always want to come back to this location. Thank you Arisa!
