I ordered a bowl of fried rice and chicken and broccoli. They put my name on an empty container and then proceeded to serve other customers and completely ignore me. The cashier kept looking at them to see what was happening because I was the only one who didn’t get my order when I placed it. Finally, because nobody filled my order, the cashier left the cash register and filled my container herself. I got two pieces of chicken in my order and apparently I paid for fried rice and broccoli instead of fried rice and chicken and broccoli. Also, as I was waiting for my order, one of the female workers who was filling containers passed by me and give me a sarcastic smile. They didn’t even give me my drink and told me to get it myself from the side of the cashier.

7:30 pm. The place is busy. However bathroom blocked off. Asked to use the bathroom and was told it was closed ! I asked how long ?? And was told “not opening” Horrible !!!

"The staff at this location always work incredibly hard, and the food is cooked up fresh in the woks right on site. My favorites are the perfectly cooked Chow Mein and the crispy, flavorful Orange Chicken. The portions are generous for the money, and the restaurant is consistently clean and welcoming. Highly recommend!"

"Solid, reliable spot for American-Chinese comfort food! I stopped by the Jamaica Ave location and was really happy with the meal. The Original Orange Chicken was perfectly crispy and had that great tangy flavor I always crave. The kitchen also did a great job keeping the sides fresh—the chow mein was hot and not too greasy.

The honey glazed walnut shrimp was good, but the orange chicken was very tangy for some reason. The staff’s behavior wasn’t that great, went back for the second time but nah never going back ever again!

Would give it zero stars if I could! Seen cockroaches near the food! Manager Jessica is horrible and disgustingly rude not customer service skills charged me extra and wouldn’t refund me after unable to complete my mobile orders!! Stay away! Horrible! Manager makes it worst

Had chicken with broccoli at one point it tasted like fish . It was giving cross contamination from utensils. I don’t practice religion but this could be a big no for a customer that does while also bring germs (obviously) and no salt or jsut no flavor . I wanted to look in the kitchen but I naturally looked away cause Ignorance is bliss I didn’t want to believe it that’s what I was thinking when I was ordering. But after tasting it the food symbolized the worst of humanity in a way for me because I gave benefit of doubt and look where it got me . If I just looked and actually left and not given benefit of doubt you would have had a higher rating
