The store hours are wrong. They open at 1030am when it says 930. Nothing is prepared when they are open, waiting another hour until any food is available
The line was long which was expected on a Wednesday with the awesome deals that the app offers. The service however, not accommodating for the deals or the amount of people coming in. This store can definitely do better. The attitude at the cashier is lacking in making customers want to return.

A good place to grab food specially the kung pao chicken was delicious but orange chicken had thick & sweeter batter which I did not enjoyed much. Their restroom was locked & had to get passkey from counter to enter. Price was bit at higher range.

I was gifted on my birthday (8/16) with a Panda Card. I went activated the card, ordered, dined. Everything, food in particular was super duper! Staff was helpful and polite.

You guys are atrocious with handling online deliveries. I’m literally paying more than 40$ for 2 plates and you guys constantly give me ONLY one order, and you cannot fulfill the exact order!!! Extremely disappointed with your services!

I went yesterday to buy some food for me and the kids. I had the bowl with broccoli beef, white rice and chow mein. I few minutes after eating I came down with a headache that I had to rush home. As soon as I got home I was instantly on the toilet. I wasn’t feeling well, I kept burping until I vomited on the living room floor. I’ll never eat here again I don’t believe it’s sanitary, they give you food that’s been sitting out for a while which puts you at risk for getting food poisoning

Placed an order for pickup in advanced hoping it would be ready in time but you’re better off just waiting in line. They are so slow for mobile orders.

I got hair in the fried rice. The packaging was poor the rice was spilling. The orange chicken was not as good before. The lady was acting stupid and was not giving my food for long time when I was looking my order was ready. Very disappointed!

Says they open at 9:30 but they didn’t come open the door until 10:01 and then they said the food wasn’t ready yet
I really don’t like leaving reviews. Especially bad reviews.
This is a health concern, so I felt like I needed to share it.
On 7/15/2026 at 2pm I ordered a plate with kung pao chicken, beef and broccoli, sirloin steak, and noodles. The food was quite mediocre flavor wise. I still ate it because I didn’t want to waste it.
At around 4:30pm I started to feel a bit off and took a nap. When I woke up around 8pm I had a high fever, body aches, and nausea.
Realized that I got food poisoning. Today is 7/18/2026, and the diarrhea still persists.
Some real action needs to be taken at this Panda Express location to ensure quality and safety.
I ordered a bowl of fried rice and chicken and broccoli. They put my name on an empty container and then proceeded to serve other customers and completely ignore me. The cashier kept looking at them to see what was happening because I was the only one who didn’t get my order when I placed it. Finally, because nobody filled my order, the cashier left the cash register and filled my container herself. I got two pieces of chicken in my order and apparently I paid for fried rice and broccoli instead of fried rice and chicken and broccoli. Also, as I was waiting for my order, one of the female workers who was filling containers passed by me and give me a sarcastic smile. They didn’t even give me my drink and told me to get it myself from the side of the cashier.

7:30 pm. The place is busy. However bathroom blocked off. Asked to use the bathroom and was told it was closed !
I asked how long ?? And was told “not opening” Horrible !!!
