Went here to purchase my first guitar and I had a great experience. I was just looking at acoustic guitar and was asked if I needed help. Jonathon helped me look through all the guitars I was interested in and explained everything about them to me. I was nervous because I didnt know anything about guitars but jonathon was super helpful and didnt make me feel dumb. He explained every thing in detail and in a a way I could understand and even gave me great recommendations based on what he would do if he was in my position. 10/10 experience!!!!!
The guitar plays well and it's built really nice.The staff is very courteous and kind. However I am leaving a 3 star review because the financing was misleading and I was led to believe it was going to be in store financing or Palin music financing and not a high interest rate credit card. I was told it was going to be x amount of dollars a month for 1 year that is not the case because the interest will make it be more than that A month to have it paid off in a year.
Excellent service. Outstanding guitar setup. Guitar 🎸 was brand new as described. I would do business with this shop again.

So good me my son and brother got to play some instruments and my son got his trumpet there and the electric drums work great workers are very nice and I suggest you go there.

This place gives me a professional “at home” vibe. The pricing isn’t too bad on equipment either!
Thank you Palen Music, for a very positive experience. There was a problem with my order when it was delivered, so I emailed the company the night it arrived. First thing in the morning, the manager of the Liberty Palen music called me personally. She was incredibly kind and fixed the error immediately. Thank you, Jess! Wonderful customer service.
