Thank you so much Adriana, your exterior looks amazing!!!
Started out great. Lisa came to my house while I was out of town. She did a walk through and gave me a quote. Then it all changed. The project took double the time quote and more than double the price. No communication during that time that the price had gone up so much. I expected some increase with items found but not more than double. Got home and house was covered in powder. Also some items were just painted around and didn’t look good. Removed smoke detector and had to paint and fix. Beware, I would not recommend. Felt ripped off.

Lisa was fantastic during the consultation. She was extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything, answer all of my questions, and make sure every detail was covered.
Marcus and his team did an outstanding job painting the exterior of my house. They were professional, courteous, hardworking, and took great pride in their work. Their attention to detail really showed, and the finished result exceeded my expectations. My house looks amazing!
I would absolutely recommend Painter1 to anyone looking for a professional and reliable painting company. A big thank you to Lisa, Marcus, and the entire team for making the whole experience so easy and delivering such a beautiful result!

Thank you Adam for putting your trust in P1. The interior looks like a brand new home, just beautiful!!
It is only fair to leave a 5 star review since I decided to work with her because of them. She has over 700 (5 star only) for a reason!
First of all, I could not be happier with the work Lisa and her team have done. From start to finish, the entire experience was exceptional.
I was working under a very tight timeline because I am a realtor, and I needed to get my client's condo ready to list. Lisa went above and beyond to fit me into her already busy schedule. She completely understood the urgency and made sure everything was completed on time without ever compromising the quality of the work.
The entire process was incredibly smooth and professional. Communication was excellent, I never had a single issue, and the finished work was absolutely impeccable. On top of that, the price was incredibly fair, especially considering the scope of the project and the time constraints they were working under. Now, the condo looks a million dollars more expensive and will literally sell by itself.
It is rare to find a company that combines this level of professionalism, reliability, quality, and genuine care for their clients. Lisa and her team truly went above and beyond for me, and I am extremely grateful.
I would recommend them without hesitation. An outstanding experience from beginning to end!

Thank you so much Clifford, we appreciate your kind words!! The house looks awesome!!
Painter1 is the best! Lisa is so thorough with her consultation and really provides timely feedback and updates. She was also very helpful in discussing exactly what to expect and how to take the process through our HOA approval. Marcus was our project manager and kept in touch leading up to the project and personally introduced us to the painting team. Ronnie was a gem and made a point to say hi to our daughter every day. She was actually quite sad when she learned "Painters" aren't coming back. Aside from the professionalism and courtesy of the entire team, their work is exceptional. Our house needed a lot of patching- you would never know looking at the finished product. Photos include the before, during, and final version. :)
