Avoid This Company at All Costs – Terrible Experience from Start to Finish I wish I had listened to the many negative reviews about Orlandovacation.com. Against my better judgment, I decided to give them a chance—and I deeply regret it. The only helpful person throughout this ordeal was DeeDee, who was kind and responsive, but unfortunately, she didn't have access to the systems that actually mattered (like rental homes or ticketing). I booked a rental home for my family well in advance, expecting a smooth check-in after our cruise. Instead, I didn’t receive *any* information about the property until just two hours before check-in, despite multiple attempts to get in touch for confirmation. I was left completely in the dark, not knowing if my family—including my husband and in-laws—would even have a place to sleep that night. It was embarrassing and stressful. Trey finally told me that due to an error on their end, the home I initially booked was no longer available. He promised to “find” us a replacement—*hours later*, we were placed in a home that was nothing like what we reserved. It was outdated, clearly much cheaper, and absolutely not comparable in quality. To make matters worse, no one has followed up with me about a refund, a discount, or even an apology. As a short-term rental host myself, I would *never* treat guests the way this company does. You don’t leave families guessing where they’ll be sleeping just hours before check-in. I was so stressed about the situation that I couldn’t even enjoy time with my family at Disney Springs. The anxiety this caused completely overshadowed what should’ve been a relaxing part of our vacation. To top it off, I had to call and email multiple times just to get our Disney tickets delivered. DeeDee did her best to help with that, but it shouldn’t have been such a struggle. Trey showed no urgency and barely communicated. He hadn’t even arrived at the office by 11 a.m., while my family was left scrambling. I’m currently pursuing a refund and, unsurprisingly, haven’t received any response from Trey or anyone else. Bottom line: this was a nightmare. I will *never* use Orlandovacation.com again, and I urge anyone considering them to look elsewhere—Airbnb or any other reputable service would’ve been a far better choice. This company is disorganized, unprofessional, and completely unreliable. Don't make the same mistake I did.

This company is a complete scam. Despite having a somewhat convincing website and fake Google reviews, they are NOT a legitimate business. I ordered Disney tickets from them, and their website claimed the tickets would be delivered within 5–10 business days. It has been well beyond that, and I still have not received anything. When I emailed them for updates, one person did respond and claimed to “CC their ticket department” to help resolve the issue. However, no one from this so-called ticket department ever replied—not even once, despite multiple follow-ups and it being way past the promised timeframe. It feels like the “ticket department” doesn’t even exist, and they’re just buying time to keep your money as long as possible. There is zero communication, no updates, no accountability. I’m now in the process of disputing the charge through my credit card company, and I strongly suspect this entire operation is fraudulent. Please don’t fall for this scam like I did. If you’re reading this, do not purchase anything from them. If anyone had the same experience, you all should report it to FTC and IC3. Hope no more people get scammed by them.

I should have read the reviews before I purchase the universal studios tickets from them. I ordered 2 weeks ago and it has not been delivered yet. I emailed and called them so many times but no help was provided. This is the worst travel agency I have ever seen. My trip is tomorrow and I don’t know what to do.

I puechased 8 tickets from this site on 3/3/25 for 4/12/25 Magic Kindom! and received an automatic email stating I was getting the tickets within 7-10 business day! I waited the 10 days and NO TICKETS! I then contacted them via chat and only got a robot (AI) to respond that they were looking jnto it, Ofcourse, never heard back. As the date approached, my family members that were coming from NY and the Dominican Republic for this vacation, asked me everyday. I started to think this is not the way to start a vacation being stressed out when its supposed to be time to be relaxed and mentally getting ready to have fun. After about 15-20 business days have passed, this is when the stress and disappointment began to increase. I started calling via phone daily even twice to three times a day where I even got to know the customer service agent “Dee Dee” - (side note, she was VERY HELPFUL, Guided me through what was supposed to be the process, and did everything on her hand to have the tickets sent to me) BUT on the other hand the owner “Trey”, never answered his phone, neither the emails. When Dee Dee spoke to him and asked him to prioritize my tickets he always said jt was going to be done. But it was always false Promises and Poor Follow-Through. I never felt so disrespect and frustrated as a customer with this company’s consistent failure to follow through on the promises made. It was incredibly frustrating to be given reassurance after reassurance, only to be left waiting and wasted my valuable time and energy trying to get what was guaranteed and already PAID! They were quick to charge my card and I expected a certain level of professionalism, reliability, and accountability from this company that claims to be in business for such a long time. Instead, what I’ve experienced is a string of broken promises by your boss and no real action. I finally had requested a refund and bought it through Disney!

I booked a hotel in Orlando through Orlando Vacation in February for a trip. In August, I was shocked to find my credit card charged the full amount by the hotel directly. Apparently, Orlando Vacation failed to pay the hotel, despite my booking confirmation and presumed payment. Since August, I have been tirelessly trying to resolve this issue with Orlando Vacation. I have contacted them repeatedly via phone and email. While the agent I speak with is polite and expresses a desire to help, the fact remains that I am still waiting for a full refund. It is now 7 months later, and the issue is still unresolved. This experience has been incredibly stressful and frustrating. The lack of communication and the prolonged delay in resolving this matter is unacceptable. I strongly advise anyone considering booking through Orlando Vacation to be extremely cautious. The risk of double charges and a complete lack of accountability is simply too high. I am deeply disappointed with the service and the lack of urgency in rectifying their error. I will be pursuing further action to recover my funds.

People beware they are sort of strange website not giving you tickets at all…. all they say is “will contact ticketing dept.” “don’t worry” although my experience is, even after a month since I placed the order I still couldn’t get the tickets… Had to apply dispute from credit card company. ============ Feb/1st Update: They called me about the problem and seems this problem can be resolved.

Do not use this company, the reviews are accurate. I found this company through a benefits portal through the professional association I am a member of. I purchased five Disney tickets through them. They were supposed to be emailed to me in five to ten business days. That came and went and I started calling and contacting them any way I could think of. I was repeatedly told they were working on it, I can expect it at this time, yadda, yadda, yadda. I never seem to catch Trey, but I have left many messages for him. The day has come and I still don’t have those tickets nearing a month later. I will now have to file a dispute through my credit card company and will be contacting fraud reporting authorities. An absolute scam.

Orlandovacation is a Scam – Avoid at All Costs! I had a terrible experience with Orlandovacation, and I strongly warn others to stay away! On February 2, I purchased two Disney World tickets from their website. Nowhere on the site did it say that tickets would take 7-10 days to be issued! If I had known this, I never would have bought them. Here’s why this company is completely untrustworthy: No Disclosure – They didn’t tell me upfront that I’d have to wait over a week for my tickets. Ridiculous Ticket Issuance Time – Virtual tickets should be issued instantly or within a short period, not 7-10 days. This makes no sense! Ruining My Disney Plans – Because of the delay, I can’t book Lightning Lane in advance, which is a huge part of the Disney experience. Shady Cancellation Policy – Customer service told me there’s no way to get my tickets sooner and that if I cancel, they’ll charge me a 10% cancellation fee—even though this was never mentioned on their website.

As others have mentioned, pretty much everywhere, this "company" is a scam. I ordered tickets on January 8th, 3 day BASIC park tickets to Disney World. Something that takes 5 minutes to process directly through Disney's website, but this vendor comes up for my SO's discount program through her company, so I decided to use them instead. It states that delivery of the tickets can take 7-10 business days, fine. After 10 business days, and no tickets, I sent an email to them asking for an update. "I will follow up with the ticket department about when they will be emailed." Ok? I wait a week, and follow up again. "I have included the ticket department in the email to follow up. They are processing hundreds of orders every day". Alright? Mind you this is now 15 business days (3 weeks) after I ordered. I send another email, where is my order? "I will forward this email to our manager about order xxxx" You said that to me 2 weeks ago! I called in, and spoke to the only employee who answers the emails, Dee Dee. She claims they have been in business for many many years, blah blah blah, but never says when my tickets are gonna come. I send one last email, saying that I want an ETA otherwise I am done. "I sent them another email with your email message in it ". Are you joking me? It has been WEEKS and nobody can give me an update, nobody can give me a call saying "hey, we are working on it, we are backed up, give me x days". Look around, all the reviews say the same thing, "I ordered, never got tickets". How has a company done this for so long and is still in business, and worse, how are OTHER VENDORS supporting purchasing via this company?

I purchased tickets for universal studios one month before my trip through this company. My tickets were to be delivered to my email in 5-10 business days. 15 business days later and no tickets. I contacted the company everyday multiple times a day up until the day before I was leaving to get assistance with receiving my tickets. No one ever provided assistance that was promised. Manager was supposed to call me, but rather than call me and face up to the mistake, he cancelled my order the DAY BEFORE I was getting on a plane for my trip. I will never again trust or utilize this terribly managed company. Unresponsive, zero assistance, unreliable and quite frankly the worst travel experience I have ever had with a company.

If I could give a zero I would definitely do so  me and my family vacation in Florida very frequently and we've been using this company for a while now and something definitely has changed...now don't get me wrong Ms Dee Dee is amazing very helpful and informative but whoever this TREY guy is I'm guessing he's the new manager he is completely the worse my wife is a travel agent and even her clients have been experiencing issues with this company...we booked a house and didn't get our confirmation email until the morning of which is unacceptable because we drive which means we had no address of where to go and when we did get the email is was quickly typed up not like the emails we use to getting with all of the information needed for our stay. we finally get to the house and the house is so out dated living room furniture was broken the upstairs TV was cracked the  bathrooms/showers was not properly cleaned the sheets and pillowcases was not clean the overall upkeep of the home was poor ..we then find out that the home he put us in was not the home we originally booked and we called and got no answer he ignored calls and when his assistants answer for him he is always in a meeting this was extremely unacceptable for anybody but especially for us we spend lots of money staying on the properties managed by this company...UNACCEPTABLE ..after I posted this review TREY got back to us very quick and we thought he was doing right by us he gave us our money back if we took the review down  or so we thought so we planned another florida trip hoping to use our credit and now we haven't been able to get in contact with him for over a month now he ignores our emails and calls we spent so much money vacating with this company this is crazy but it's all good we will be moving forward with other actions and won't be vacating with them any longer .

Poor service! They overbooked me and durring christmas I had to start hotel hopping on my own with my children, they ruined my vacation.. They did not return my calls until the next business day when I showed up to there office.. at first they tried to kick us out of the office, Now im having an issue getting my money back.. the promisses they made have not cone true, none of them. I have a video that I'm considering posting, I definitely will never book with them again.....

This company is a joke. I wish I had looked at these reviews before purchasing anything through their website. I left a message 4 different times and never got a call back. Someone actually responded to emails, for a few days. The last message said she was working on making the changes I requested, then they ghosted me and never returned any more emails or calls before our vacation.

The website is FRAUD. Please don’t waste your hard earned money on this scam. I booked tickets for both Disney and Universal but I never received the tickets. I emailed, called (at least 30 times) but no help was provided. I reached out via all social media accounts (instagram, facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) but I only got automated response to call on a number which also I fake. I had to cancel my flight tickets because of these scammers.

Probably the first and last time I'm booking through Orlando Vacation! I had booked a house through them on October 16, that day I paid the down-payment, and managed to pay in full a month before my trip. The next day I get an email saying that my reservation had been canceled. So I called them immediately and told me that the only person who could fix it was their manager TREY and that I would be receiving an email confirmation, here is where the struggle begins. Approximately for an entire month, I call them week after week to get an answer or something, and every time they directed me to the manager's extension, I would always get his voicemail saying that he wasn't available. I get that I'm not their only customer, but I couldn't get ahold of him for an entire month, its ludicrous!! I tried by his direct email, and the only time he replied was that he would call me the next morning, and surprise surprise, no call! Around a week before my trip, Ms. Dee, who is a sweetheart and the only person who was helpful, told me that it was sorted out, even though that I didn't get no email confirmation, and that 2 days before my scheduled trip, I would be receiving an email with the house address and other security codes. I don't know if it was because I was calling day after day, but I received the day before my trip, (that's not the issue). When I was checking the details, I noticed that the house looked different from what remember booking. And yes, I was given a completely different villa and house! At that point, from being all stressed out for weeks of not getting an answer, I was somewhat a little relieved that at least got a house. Even though the villa and house were nice and clean, there were some minor details. One of the toilets seats had a crack, and one of the master bedrooms and one of the kid's rooms, mostly all of the cabinet doors were coming right off. Also side note, the reason that I had booked the other house, was because it hadt he right amount of beds for me and my family. The house that I was given, had a bed less, and the people who had to share room slept uncomfortably. That being said, I'd give customer service 4/10, and the manager himself 0/10.

These guys are scammers! Billed me three times for two Universal tickets. At first they took my calls and when time went by would just transfer me to manager/owner who would not bother returning my calls. They are now under investigation by the credit card company for the fraud they committed.
