We have been with them since our kids needed dentist. Staff are very good and they have been accommodating and no issues overall. Unfortunately, Dr. Stanley herself has grown more rude over years. She’s very short and gets frustrated while kids wiggle or cry during dental procedure and stopped halfway saying this work and suggested alternative treatments that doesn’t need filling since my kid couldn’t tolerate the oral suction that day. That’s not what I expect from kids dentist. I assume they deal with this often and should be more apt to deal with it rather than being frustrated. She was visibly angry. Another day, she pulled xray and said on today xray so and so. I said we didn’t have xray today. She rolled her eyes and said well you did but whatever then went on explaining the findings. I said we didn’t have xray today she said well it’s done today. Later she checked the date and backtracked but no apology or saying ok sorry I made a mistake. Just she’s become more rude over years. It’s not a one time issue. It’s becoming a pattern.
Dr. Kate and her team are top notch when it comes to pediatric dentistry. Appointments always run on time and an added bonus is they are able to accommodate my multiple children at the same time. Dr. Kate is professional, knowledgeable, caring, and kind to my children. Her dental hygienist team is fabulous, too. They know their stuff and aren't afraid to tell us what we could improve upon when it comes to oral hygiene. We are so thankful for Dr. Kate and her team and would recommend her to anyone looking for a pediatric dentist.
