It's a great shop, with great bikes, and the man who runs it is a top bloke, so helpful and friendly he couldn't do more fore you, overall a great electric bike store, would allways come back hear rather than go anywhere else.

I was already an e-bike owner, but wanted a bike more suited to touring with the ability to tackle gravel, lanes etc., I had already decided what I was looking for, explained what I was looking for, and Martin showed me around and gave me alternative options, and under no pressure to buy I made my choice. Fantastic service
I bought a new bike today! Martin was fantastic throughout the whole process. His knowledge of the stock is unquestionable. He spent time to find out what I wanted and needed and gave me a truthful view of what would suit best. He allowed time for me to try the bike without rushing or pressing me into a decision as to which bike to buy. There was no heavy salesman type chatter and considering it was a Saturday morning he made the whole experience relaxed and easy. I was impressed by his knowledge and how he was able to match me to my bike.
If you are considering buying an e-bike, either as a first bike or replacement, i thoroughly recommend visiting Onbike. They really do know their stuff.

Wow! What can I say! Martin and Mike are two of the nicest people you could ever wish to meet. Both very polite, friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about their bikes.

Back for a second bike!
I bought my first e-bike a KLM Machina in 2020 so I could keep up with others and enjoy cycling again. It's been well ridden increasingly by my husband who is now using it all the time! I decided it was a good time to look at a lighter bike for myself and am delighted by the knowledgable and friendly service I have again received. I now have a Specialized Turbo Vado SL which is, as advised, noticeably less powerful on steep hills but handles well and meets all

Great bike, great service!
I bought my Specialized Turbo Vado SL 4 back in March. I still ride a touring bike (not powered) but I wanted to enjoy the hills of Herefordshire without fear and also just to relax a little and not to worry that I would get too tired or go too far and not have fun! I had done a lot of research before I went to see Mike but he showed me the alternative bikes he had available so that I could be sure. I wanted a pannier rack and mudguards on my bike so Martin fitted those for me as Specialized didn't have the 'Equipped' bikes in stock. They very kindly fitted my own saddle and phone holder so that my two bikes were as near identical as possible. I LOVE my new e-Bike. It's a lightweight one, so even I can get it into the back of the car myself if I want to take it away with me! (I'm a woman, over 60 and a small build.) I've had some lovely hilly rides that I wouldn't have risked without a bit of battery power. My Garmin watch also confirms that I work really hard on my e-Bike, so depending on how you ride your e-Bike, you still get a really good work out and you will get fitter! This lightweight bike is perfect for me. I did a 40 mile hilly ride (3250ft ascent) and still had 40% of the battery left and I definitely didn't use the eco battery setting all the way!! OnBike is a great shop with a big selection of bikes on show and Mike and Martin are very helpful and knowledgeable. Great shop. Thanks guys.

Customer service
Having bought a Reise and Muller Superdelite GT around 2 years ago it developed a small fault. I took it into the shop for repair. The guys did a superb job and very quick too. As it didn’t need any parts the guys did not charge me a penny for their time. Martin explained what was wrong and showed me what they did to repair it, he also did a little extra for me which again he didn’t charge for. Now that is fantastic customer service.
I have nothing but praise for the guys at Onbike. They were extremely helpful from the point I decided to buy an electric bike, to servicing it and up to the present day.
Well done guys and thank you. A very satisfied customer here, and happy to recommend you to all my friends family and anyone else who asks where I got my bike from.
