Great E bike store, It’s a shame these guys don’t rank higher in Google. Bought a Kathmandu for my wife. They held the bike while we drove 3 hours to inspect, once arrived we got a very honest description of the bike and an offer or a test ride, then left alone while we looked around and decided on our options. No hard sell from some desperate trying to pass on whatever they had. This was a great shop with a great experience and I cannot recommend them enough. Maybe a limited range but… they only advertise what they have available, no buy now get it eventually bullshit. Go and see them!

I have never been so impressed with customers service as I was with the service I received here. I originally contacted them regarding a cube folding electric bike. At the time they did not have one in stock but made a note of my contact details and promised to let me know when their stock arrived. They kept their promise and notified me the day the bikes arrived. I was not sure the bike would fit into my car, although it is a hatchback I am unable to drop the rear passenger seats so knew it would be tight. Martin tried the bike in my boot and it fit perfectly. He then went through how everything worked until I felt confident that I would be able to fold and unfold it myself and use the controls. He also gave me some tips on how to tweak it. At no time did I feel pressured into buying a bike and am confident that if I need any advice in the future Martin will be on the other end of the phone to provide it. I highly recommend anyone looking to buy a bike to contact this company. I am confident they will be as equally impressed by the service they receive as I am. I am delighted with my new bike and would like to thank Martin for his patience and kindness.

Martin patiently outlined all the various choices giving unbiased pros and cons on differnt models. He was very knowledgable in all aspects of Ebikes and gave sound advice without pressing you to buy. You felt very relaxed and comfortable and the whole experience was a delight. Did I buy a bike yes, after a couple of visits and many questions I decided to buy a Velo De Ville SUV fantastic quality. Once again Martin went through every aspect of the bikes function even suggesting a possible solution to make the bike riding easier with a total knee replacement. 5 Stars.

So thought no purchase, as it wasnt Bosh, the owner was so helpful and gave what seemed like a common cyclist sense advice, but news to me and saved me going to Halfords and paying for a service and repair over £100, as I got a part from Amazon and boom! Electric Bike works! Though no purchase today, once mine packs in, guess where i m going ? Not on my bike, but to OnBike lol

Called in while passing through Worcester with our e-bikes as one of them had died rather suddenly. Embarrassingly he was able to fix it in about 30 seconds as I had inadvertently disconnected a cable. As it was a quick fix we had a chat and were directed to an app we could use with our E-bikes that we were completely unaware of. This has been invaluable to us as tourers as we now have a map of each and every ride. It was definitely worth stopping by! Thank you ☺️

I ordered an E-Trike from On Bike at the beginning of May 2025. The German manufacturer changed the delivery date from the 2 weeks promised by Martin to some weeks later. He contacted them and made sure they delivered as scheduled, which they did. This turned out to be a great example or the level of attention and commitment I received from him up to the middle of this month (June 2025). I explained to Martin I knew virtually nothing about e-bikes. He promised to give me continuous tuition and answer all my questions / queries when needed which were frequent until I became confident and competent. This he did with unconditional patience despite being very busy in the shop, either attending to customers or fixing or preparing e-bikes for customer collection. He assisted me with his expertise in sourcing various accessories and making sure they were suitable. This has been a rare experience for me in this day and age finding a company/ specifically a person who diligently fulfils a promise whatever the circumstances. Martin is truly exceptional. We are lucky to have a guy of his calibre and knowledge in the county, providing perhaps something like the urban transport of the future.

The great website took me to OnBike Ltd and the good selection of bikes on show was a bonus. Wonderful service from Martin, who helped me with the purchase of my first electric bike. His expert knowledge guided me and advised me on the various models, different specifications etc, to find a bike that fitted my needs, without any hard sell. This relaxed easy approach made the shopping experience enjoyable and exciting. I settled for a Scott Passage 10 Slope, and I love it! Highly recommend them. Thank you Martin for your help.
