Nick was amazing. He knew so much about the Lennox products that he was maintaining ( furnaces and a/c units) He made some great recommendations and also showed us to get even better usage on our thermostats! He was very personable, polite, and efficient. I hope Nic can work with us on every occasion. Plus we decided to have him install surge protectors which will be installed this week. Looking forward to more preface of mind. We have always used A&T in this house, and always will.

Four stars instead of five only because the person who first answered our phone call and scheduled the visit said that they DID service floor furnaces, but the men who came said no, they didn't, but they did help us light out furnace, which was what we needed, and were very kind and helpful. I appreciate them!

The repairman Ridgeway did a wonderful job of installing the surge protector to my condenser unit. Now I am sure my unit is protected form surges. I have had some brown outs here lately.
