Asked for a new car I’ve got a 69 plate On vehicle check list They marked there was half a tank of petrol and it was not even a quarter tank still waiting for my money back

They were very helpful. I had never hired a vehicle before and was very nervous. I hadn't driven in over a year after getting rid of my car and had never driven that car make and model before. They answered all my questions and showed me how to use the basics of the car such as the handbrake, screen wipers, lights etc which gave me more confidence. They also showed and pointed out marks already on the vehicle and got me to sign a document that I agreed that those marks were pre-existing. They were very professional and I will definitely be using them again when I need to hire a vehicle.

Gave great service, vehicle was clean and tidy, overall a positive experience. The one thing I suggest that they could make improvements to, is the issue surrounding mileage. The website states price is inclusive of VAT and unlimited mileage, further below that, it states you are limited to 100 miles per day, further below that, a drop-down section again also claims unlimited mileage, capped at 2000 miles per 28 days for long term rental. I don’t feel that the statement of unlimited mileage is quite accurate and the only reason I have still given 5 stars is because the staff were lovely to deal with and didn’t hide the fact that mileage is capped and additional mileage is chargeable. I do think the website needs to be changed and the “unlimited mileage” statement should be removed.

Efficient follow up call after making on line booking query. Although not overly friendly, staff are perfectly polite and professional. Good value for money, would most likely use again, on the condition that I wasn't given the 68 plate Vivaro van, which Is horrible to drive!! ( but did the job with no issues) If booking a van, my advice would be to request one the transits!
