Ledisa is amazing! She did a wonderful job carefully removing my gel polish without damaging my nails, is extremely knowledgeable and skilled at different types of manicures, and gracious and friendly as well. Would highly recommend this salon in Paddington for the relaxing atmosphere and service. Sanitization of tools and equipment was also top notch. Will be visiting regularly when I am in London!

Such a nice experience here. I came in without an appointment and was accommodated easily. The ladies were lovely and are talented, they took such great care with everything. The whole experience felt so luxurious and relaxing, it’s definitely reflected in their pricing but it was just what I needed. Highly recommend!
Had such a lovely experience here today! Was fitted in after walking in and had an express shellac done. Staff are so welcoming and pleasant. Went the extra mile giving me a little free hand cream to take away with me, which was greatly appreciated! I look forward to returning again, lovely environment and my nails look fabulous 😊
Top quality and attention to detail. If you want a proper manicure & pedicure in London. I’ve gotten gel/shellac for both hands & feet and always leave with the best experience.

Ledisa did both my manicure and pedicure, and her attention to detail was amazing. I opted for a clear manicure and pedicure, and I was so impressed with the final result.

The salon is spotless, and it’s clear that cleanliness is a top priority, everything is properly sterilised, which made me feel really comfortable. I’ve been to a few nail salons, but this one really stood out. From the moment I walked in, everyone made me feel so welcome. The salon was absolutely spotless, which is something I always look for, and it had such a calm, relaxing atmosphere.
My nail technician was lovely, really listened to what I wanted, and paid so much attention to every little detail. I never felt rushed, and you can tell they genuinely care about their work and their customers.
I’m so happy with how my nails turned out they’re exactly what I wanted and I’ve had so many compliments already. It’s not often you find a salon that’s both incredibly clean and has such friendly, talented staff. I’ll definitely be coming back and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for beautiful nails and excellent service.
11/10 experience. I got a manicure with BIAB gel and my mother got a pedicure. Excellent experience, beautiful salon & would highly recommend. Salon is very clean & service was great. Attention to detail was outstanding, best manicure/BIAB gel I’ve ever had.

I booked a shellac manicure and pedicure at Niamo Nails for just over £100.
Following my appointment, I developed paronychia (a bacterial infection) in two fingers, one of which became quite severe. While I can’t say with certainty what caused it, the timing meant I felt it was important to raise my concerns with the salon.
What disappointed me most was how my concerns were handled. In my experience, the salon did not acknowledge the possibility that my appointment could have been related and told me they believed my account of what happened was inaccurate. Although they did provide me with a full refund, I was left feeling that my concerns were dismissed rather than taken seriously.
Because of this experience, I won’t be returning and unfortunately can’t recommend the salon.

I had a wonderful experience with Maria! She did an amazing pedicure with great attention to detail, and the result was absolutely perfect. The service was excellent, the atmosphere was warm and relaxing, and the new salon is beautiful, modern, and spotless!!! 😉
Everything exceeded my expectations, and I couldn't be happier. I will definitely be coming back regularly and will be recommending Maria and the salon to all of my friends and family. Thank you for such a fantastic experience!
