Next Gen Demolition Reviews

I hired Next Gen Demolition to clean up my site after my house unfortunately burnt down. While they did the initial clearance, my independent hygienist inspected the site afterward and found asbestos remaining in the soil. Following my hygienist's professional advice, I called the boss, Beau, to ask them to come back and scrape the contaminated soil. I even offered to pay extra for the work. Beau completely refused, claiming they had already "finished the job" and leaving me with a contaminated site. Losing a home to a fire is traumatic enough, but dealing with unresolved asbestos and a contractor who walked away from a safety hazard caused immense stress and financial strain. I ultimately had to hire and pay another contractor to come out and properly clear the toxic soil. I am writing this to warn others: if you use this company, hire your own independent hygienist to check their work before you pay them, as they will not take responsibility if something is missed.

Couldn’t be happier with Beau and the team. We needed a fire damaged house to be demolished and Beau was responsive on the phone, great price and fast to get council approval and get the demo completed. 10/10 would recommend.

Beau and his team from Next Gen Demo were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. We had a deadline to meet so other contractors could come on site and prep the yard for a new build, knowing this, his team worked through a Saturday to make sure the job was completed ahead of time. We have a granny flat on the property that will be in use while our new place is being built, so they organised the relocation of our power to a temporary pole, ran a temporary water line and capped the sewer line where the granny flat wouldn't be affected. Communication throughout was very clear, from early discussions with Beau to the 3 lads onsite, Matty, Shane & Stuart making sure everything that was discussed with Beau was actioned. We had horrible rain in the lead up and on the last day on site and despite that, the site was left in great condition for the next stage. I would happily use Next Gen Demolition again and recommend giving them a call if you need a property retired!

Beau and his team did an exceptional job on one of my subdivision projects. They were incredibly thorough and paid great attention to detail throughout the entire process. During the demolition, they even discovered a swimming pool buried several meters underground that I wasn’t aware of, and removed it completely without any issues. Their professionalism and diligence gave me real peace of mind. Beau’s pricing is very competitive, communication is open and clear, and arranges all the services like plumber and demo permit promptly. I will definitely be working with Beau’s team again on future projects and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and capable partner for their development projects.

Beau and his team are the best in Brisbane. Can't recommend them strongly enough. We had perfectly executed demolition, and even when there was a very minor item to solve, Beau couldn't have been more supportive in closing this out and helping us with our builder. You will not regret going with these guys. I followed the reviews in choosing them, just wish there were more businesses that conducted themselves the same way Beau and his team go about their work.

I have been in and around the construction industry for more than 20 years and Beau and his team are truly one of the few exceptional companies in the industry. Passionate, professional and polite. Excellent communicators who worked together with us every step of the way who delivered our house demolition to a high standard, safely, on time, to the agreed date even when the actual demolition works were interrupted by Cyclone Alfred. I highly recommend NextGen for your demolition works.

Beau was recommended to me and I am so glad I acted on that recommendation.Considering I am in Sydney and the house to be demolished was on the Gold Coast the whole experience was seamless.Communication was exceptional. Beau kept me up to date with the various stages … applications..permits..asbestos testing..and the actual demolition. He also provided photos. Nothing was ever too much trouble. The site was left clean and tidy . I can’t thank Beau and his team enough for their extraordinary efforts. I would without hesitation highly Next Gen

Beau from Next Gen Demolition removed our old house on a steep site in a street with difficult access for large transport vehicles. The Next Gen team also had to deal with the difficult timeline created by me due to the delay in the gas removal. Beau communicated with myself and the builder during all stages to get the site cleared to our desired specifications. The team communicated with the neighbours professionally, maintained perimeter safety fencing and kept the site clean during the project. We highly recommend the Next Gen team for a stress free house demolition.
