They refused to give me a price for a full synthetic oil change for a Toyota RAV4 over the phone. They wanted me to make an appointment to get a quote. Are you kidding me??? This tactic was used by salespeople in the 80’s and it’s still pathetic.

The BEST in customer and car care! I was a 4-1/2 hour drive away from home when I cracked the oil pan of my car. I chose Nextgen Car Care because they were the closest AAA recommended shop, and it was the BEST choice I could have made. Everyone was friendly, but best of all they went above and beyond to get me back on the road safely and swiftly. They reminded me that there is kindness in the world. Thank you Jay, Alex, and Andres for being absolutely wonderful! I got home safely!

Every visit is a pleasure. Came back 9/25 and got help removing a wasp next from my side mirror. Love the atmosphere and text updates w transparency of work. It makes the whole process easier to review and approve. I like the pictures of my rusty brakes that need work, giving more transparency. Alice is awsome! A full service mechanic with high quality professionals providing excellent customer service. All the folks working there were friendly and polite. Made the wait very pleasant. I ordered 4 new tires, had my rear brakes replaced, battery replaced, nys inspection and an oil change. Feels like a new car.

Absolutely terrific experience. Tom and Aidan were exceptional. The front strap on my truck's fuel tank broke off. Video of the repair, thorough explanation of the work required and performed. Fast, reasonably priced, treated like family - we've found our service center that we can stay with. Thank you, YOU GUYS ROCK!

I will not take my car to any other place! I am always treated with kindness, fairness and respect from everyone there. My car is always taken well care of. They have given me a ride home while I waited for my car to be taken care of and have given me loaners when I needed extensive work done. Because of NexGen, I drive my high mileage car with confidence knowing they have covered all the bases to keep me on the road.

Quick roadside service I was out of town on business and stranded in a local hotel with a car that wouldn't start. At 830a I dialed their number, Jay answered (a human!) and one of his guys was able to help me in short order. He got my car started and fit me in at the shop for a new battery for a reasonable cost. I was back on the road and only 90 minutes late for my meeting. Thanks Jay.

I would highly recommend Next Gen Car Care. Top tier service is what you’ll get here! They dropped me off at my house while the work was completed which made life a whole lot easier. What I really like is they do a complete review if your car and operating systems… they give you a report on what needs to be addressed with a key to show you whether it’s a priority or can wait! Overall they will have me coming back again 🤩

I recently brought my 2016 Corvette ZO6 in for a mild lowering and re-alignment to get ready for show season. Keep in mind I’m very particular about how this car is handled and am quite hesitant to bring it anywhere. Andres did a great job installing the lowering bolts, which is something I could have done myself, but didn’t have the time or patience. The alignment was also done extremely close to the specifications I supplied him with, and drives perfectly straight. Jay is also one of the best managers any business could have because he’s friendly, accommodating, and always reaches out to assure my customer experience is satisfactory after the service is completed. As a diehard auto enthusiast, my cars mean a lot to me. Nobody has as many top-tier business characteristics as Next Gen in this area that I’m aware of... they are the best.

Would have given them 10 stars. Jay took excellent care of my GMC Yukon Denali. I drove in with almost a flat tire, and 35 minutes later drove out with a repaired tire. Excellent customer service. Excellent price. Highly recommend Nex Gen Care Care

My car is a bit old, a Honda Civic 2009, and Jay was excellent with handling my vehicle. He was informative and willing to explain every detail of the repairs made. Definitely recommend coming here!

An excellent car repair service, Jay is a first class service desk manager and Josh is a highly skilled Subaru expert who did a repair on my vehicle in less the one day that another shop took a week to do some years earlier. They provided me a loaner at no extra charge and kept me in the loop throughout the process. I can unreservedly recommend this company for servicing a car.
