We have been a 21 year customer of NDS and would not use any other solar company. We out grew our existing system due to many high energy demands such as a pool, AC, hot tub and higher utility rates. We had a through assessment done by NDS and agreed to upgrade our system with higher wattage panels. The job took 2 full days and the NDS technicians did a stellar professional job. Very knowledgeable crew who were friendly polite and left our property probably cleaner than when they started. If you’re looking for a great reliable company with the highest credentials go with New Day Solar. You’ll never regret it. Bob

We had the best experience with New Day Solar! After realizing that my nearly 10 year-old inverter was not working, I contacted new day, solar. Michael performed diagnostics online and soon realized that my inverter was not providing feedback and had essentially died. Soon after they sent out a technician who discovered that the inverter had malfunctioned internally. They contacted the manufacturer and discovered that it was still under warranty. They handled all of the warranty work and came out once the new inverter was shipped. They installed the new inverter and everything is working fine. My only cost was a small service fee and the installation charge. It’s always a pleasant surprise, win, utility service and sub costing far less than you had anticipated.

Company communicated quickly, listened to my needs, took over a previous installer's work after they ceased to be in business. Then walked me through the warranty replacement process slowly and carefully, as a good company should. When the part arrived they installed in within 24 hours and even gave me a discount on the previously quoted fee. Very happy.

I had a very disappointing experience with New Day Solar while trying to pursue a solar project contingent on RSSE/SGIP rebate funding. From the beginning, I was extremely clear that I would only proceed if the rebate covered the full project cost and that I would not pay any non-refundable deposit. Their representative repeatedly assured me in writing that there were "no upfront fees or deposit required" and agreed to prepare contingency language allowing me to cancel without penalty if the funding was insufficient. After months of follow-ups, delays, and waiting for management to finalize the paperwork, I was suddenly informed that the company had implemented a "new process" requiring a non-refundable $1,000 payment before they would process the application, engineering review, or other preliminary work.

We found New Day after a botched solar install left our home in shambles and our spirits defeated. We were exhausted and highly skeptical that anyone could reinstall the system correctly based on our unique construction. Not only did New Day flawlessly install and recommission the equipment, they handled all the unfinished paperwork, making sure we had active permits and clear inspections. They even repaired some of the interior damage caused by the first company at no extra cost. Special shoutout to Cory who first guaranteed his work on the install. I bought an old ranch house with an old solar system and was paying $1,200 a month electricity. New day solar came out conveniently and repaired the old system to produce 3,000 more watts.
