I had a great experience with aesthetician Emily, so kind, professional and knowledgeable. She listened to my concerns and explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable.(I took a nap so I felt comfy) I felt confident in the process. She also recommended a few skin care products, which I noticed improvements in my skin, texture and glow.
The staff at Glow theory is warm, welcoming, professional, and super efficient. I highly recommend booking your facial with Emily.

I had an amazing experience getting my first BBL/Halo laser treatment yesterday with Lisa. What started off as self induced anxiety by watching so many YouTube videos prior, was easily reduced by Lisa’s reassurance that it won’t be as painful as I’m anticipating. After marinating with some numbing cream for an hour, I could hardly feel a thing during the Halo
treatment.
Lisa is an absolute national treasure and I’ll definitely be seeing her again in the future. Also, want to shoutout Natalie for helping to check me out in the room so I could leave with some dignity in tact with my swollen face. You ladies are THE best.

Highly recommend glow theory. Let them know your goals, they will help you achieve them. I had a dual laser treatment today to repair sun damaged skin, was fairly aggressive for a firsttime laser procedure but that was my request. The quality of professionalism is outstanding. As well as their knowledge/experience and skills, far outweighs other facilities I visited.
My facial was 10/10. I have been coming to Glow Theory for my Botox for a while but never had done a facial here. I won’t go anywhere else moving forward.

I trust Lisa and Insiyah so much! My experience at glow theory has been nothing but incredible. I don’t just feel like another client, I genuinely feel like they care about me as a person. The staff at glow theory is also helpful and friendly whether it’s scheduling or suggesting products, they are so attentive.
