Our garage door spring decided on Friday it was time to break and the door could not be opened.
We called Mr Spring and Tracy was able to schedule us for the next day (a Saturday) with their technician John to come out and assess the door and determine what was needed.
Less than 24 hours after we realized our predicament our garage door is working, and better than ever! John is personable, engaging, thoughtful, thorough, and he did a wonderful job of reviewing our options with us, getting the work done, and having our door back up and running.
The process with Mr Spring via Tracy and John was truly an ‘open and shut’ case of great customer service and quality results!
They will be our go to now and recommendation for ‘all things garage door’.
Give them a chance, you will not be disappointed!

Was given a timeframe, but they were well over an hour outside of it. Other than that, the technician John was very good.👍

We were referred to Mr. Spring garage door by our son. He had a great experience with John. So we booked John for the work we needed done. John came out today and we had the same wonderful experience! He was so thorough and explained every step of his process before he started. I asked him before he left if he had any referrals for Handyman work I need done! He gave me several. So very helpful! Highly recommend Mr. Spring! Thanks John!

Colton showed up, did an inspection of my broken spring and was upfront about the issues we had. Recommended a different bracket for the garage door opener arm which will hold it on the door much better. He was quick to make the repairs and did a great job. Very nice to work with. Thank you so much for rescuing my car from my garage! 100% recommend!

Donovan the technician came out to installed our new garage motor. He did such a fantastic job! While installing, he did inspection on our garage and indicated that we would need a new replacement. Gave us a price on how much it would cost and continue installing, making sure everything was working well before leaving. He did great and would recommend him!

Jessie from Mr Spring replaced both of my garage door springs, wires, and other needed equipment today. He was pleasant, efficient, and explained what and why I needed this repair. He charged less and was much better then the scheister from A1 garage door repair. Thank you Jessie!
