Mr Handyman has done a great job once again. He was a true professional and very neat too. Mr handyman is my go to company for everything that needs all kinds of repair work and complete carpentry work.
We were SO pleased with our experience working with this Mr. Handyman. Bob in the office was as helpful as could be setting up our projects and getting everything in good order. We felt like we were working with a family member! And Peter, who did the first of our several projects ( We want him to do the rest), came right on time, had everything necessary for the project (installing a new storm door), and he did the work masterfully. He also did what was necessary to prepare for 3 more projects. It was a delight to have this careful craftsman in our home. Five Stars for this Mr. Handyman and for Bob and Peter!

Dan the technician did a great job. Unfortunately the price was $1000 more than I was quoted

We’re sorry that the final invoice was higher than the original estimate. We did review the estimate and invoice with you, and the difference was due to additional work that was required beyond the original scope, including removing and reinstalling a section of gutter to properly reframe the soffit and fascia, as well as additional wood repairs. There were also some additional material costs, and the original estimate did not include sales tax. We understand that an unexpected increase in cost can be frustrating, and we appreciate the opportunity to explain the difference. We value your business and are glad that you were pleased with Dan and the work he performed.

I unfortunately needed to have an unexpected repair done in my bathroom. I decided to use Mr. Handyman. They were extremely responsive and decided to use them as this job was a perfect size. The person who came to do the work was clean and organized and really did a great job replacing the sheet rock.

We called Nassa Handyman to give some recommendations to improve staircase safety on a steep first floor to basement staircase...Small chiildren would be going up and down. Handyman Dan did a terrific job o designing and installing additional spindles for a hand rail. The finished job looks s though it was part of the original construction,
We could not have asked for a better n craftsman than Dan. His kaowledge a nd nd skills nd skills were self-evident. . We were impressed with his attention to detail and delighted with the finished job

Could not find for message Steve. So the reason I didn’t score a 4 or 5 star was due to a couple of concerns. The bathroom multi switch I ask to be repaired was not addressed, one of my wall outlets which needed a cover was not secured with the new cover because a “A longer screw was needed, and last the outdoor outlet/Switch could not be changed because of concerns about a white wire, and so I was told I had to get an electrician. In the meantime it was disconnected and the wires were just taped and left after disassembly. I had been able to use the outlet prior to. The Handyman wa very nice and I guess did what he could, but all things weren’t done. Thank you

I have been using the same repairman from Mr. Handyman for many years. Not only does he do an excellent job, he is also meticulous in his explanations. He should have his own television show in which he explains the basics of home repairs to less skilled individuals such as myself.

Recently needed an aluminum siding roof piece put back after wind had taken it down. They arrived when they said they would and the price was very fair. I would absolutely recommend them.

Professional and competent handyman services at a reasonable price. Reattached a dislodged piece of siding. Will use again for general repair work.
Update: 2nd time around was not so great. Had 30 minutes left in my hour during the 1st call. The technician was not able to fix a leaky toilet because he said he did not have the right tools and encouraged me to schedule another appointment. I happily paid for the full hour anyway given my satisfaction. Upon rescheduling to fix the leaky toilet, the new technician during the 2nd visit was not able to fix the issue and charged me for the full hour again. I was told that my unit was too complex (despite the prior inspection and recommendation to reschedule by their own technician). Overall - I do not regret trying the service, but I have to revisit my “reasonable price” comment from earlier since I could have simply avoided the 2nd visit.
