We moved cross-state and from start to finish they made the process easy with superb communication along the way. I believe that sometimes the best way to review a company is not only how they are when everything goes perfect, but how they respond when things don’t go exactly as planned. In this case, one of my TVs was cracked, very slightly, but as it is a big screen and thin type it caused an unfortunate break. I want to say, it certainly could happen to anyone - this is not at the fault of the tremendous care and service both the management team and the movers did, but rather things happen. In fact when I mentioned this they did not give the cold shoulder - they responded with true care and concern. I chose the least expensive protection plan, this was my choice. However, even so, they helped provide a much more significant reimbursement than they had to. This is the sign of a morally strong and competent company that looks after their clients. With all that being said I highly recommend using them and should I need moving services in the future I’ll continue to go with Moving of America.

The foreman was great. Hulio kept me informed and asked many times if I had any preferences or questions. The 6 men were over the top in work effort, efficiency and courtesy. Moving is very stressful but Moving of America made is so much more tolerable. Thank you all.

I don’t usually post reviews. I’ll break it down into two points. The movers did a good job and were able to move all of my items. They were helpful in this regard. As for communication and billing, this is where I have problems. Numerous times on the initial call it was mentioned we do not start the clock until you sign the IPad. I mentioned this twice again when they arrived and set my own stopwatch. Then at the end of the day, they mentioned they started as soon as they drove up to the house. They were even in the truck for some time before getting to the house. Also, to add to it, they added some time at the end and clocked their end time later than I even signed at the end of the day. They mentioned that the office would work it out since it was in CC. I then called the office and they only reversed a half hour of their lunch still sticking me with an extra 1.5 hours of time for three guys. In the end, they did not work with me and I had to go through my CC company for the refund of said time. Again, I would say they were good movers but watch the pricing and time. If you do go with them, put it on the CC for the CC fee and peace of mind as I did which was a lifesaver here.

You guys did amazing moving us completely into our new house with only 2 days notice… the entire staff is so friendly and really makes you feel comfortable. They also moved my peloton treadmill and bike safely which is extremely hard to do!!! Was offered a cheaper option, but chose you guys because of how observant and kind Joey was. Seriously- if you’re in NJ use these guys!!!

Absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. Adam was incredible and worked with us on every detail, explained the process and was awesome. The moving crew with Umberto arrived on time, packed and wrapped everything to perfection and at the new home gave us great service once again.
