I ordered what i thought was a used cluster on Ebay, i didn’t read the whole description which is 100% my fault. They went over and above to help me get a refund of all my money, even cost them money in order to get me my full refund. Highly recommend them to anyone very honest and trustworthy company. Where do I begin.. First off David and Jesus are the best!! I met them while on a road trip from New Orleans to Key West riding our skis. I eneded up needing an update for my ibr and some issues were addressed on my brothers ski to get us going again. David made us feel so welcome and by the time we were getting back on the road we agreed that we qould drop off both skis on the way home for upgrades. David and Jesus installed the rest of my Stage 3 Riva kit and did a custom audio setup that kills anything on the market!! Beyond blessed to have stumbled in the shop and met some great people. I live 12 hours away but found my new shop. Highly recommend MotoMarine!!
Purchased the JL Audio upgrade kit for my 2026 Switch Fish. Super fast shipping however, when I got ready for the install, I had the wrong harness. Not sure if I ordered the wrong one or if MotoMarine sent the wrong one. Either way, the customer service I received was top notch. Not only did I speak to a live person, I feel like they went above and beyond to troubleshoot my issue and send me the correct harness. In a world with AI, I appreciate being able to pick up a phone, reach a live person and actually have a conversation with someone who cares and is willing to help you. I will definitely use MotoMarine again for future upgrades. Already considering adding a sub.
