I consulted in Morris Bart law firm back in August from being involved in an accident. At first they were kind and informative but they quickly became nonchalant and would not communicate or answer calls. This all happened within a week or so. I submitted all paperwork within a timely manner and would call and leave voicemails almost every day. They were very nonchalant towards me and treated my case as if I didn't matter. We are now 2 months later and they have just emailed me a sorry paragraph that Brigg Austin cannot handle my case. Not even a phone call but a sorry email. Don't even worry about calling now. This is the worst experience I've ever had in my entire life. Throughout the whole experience I never received any information on my case and it felt like begging to get any information. I'm guessing I got the worst lawyer out of the batch. This is a disgrace.
