Mimamsa Yogshala became my home away from home the moment I walked in. There is an incredible calm, positive and warm energy flowing throughout the school. The 200h training is intense and has challenged my body, mind and soul, but I couldn't wish for a safer space for it. A seed has been planted and I look forward to see how it will grow. Manoj Ji, Rohit Ji and all the other teachers are so kind and knowledgeable and eager to share their knowledge about yoga. We covered a variety of subjects. And everything was really interesting. Thank you Mimamsa team for the delicious food and for organising the excursions and activities. They definitely added something special to the course. I feel grateful and blessed to have been part of Mimamsa for a month and would highly recommend this yogshala. Until we meet again🙏

I had one of the best months of my life at Mimamsa Yogshala. The teachers are very dedicated and wise, sharing so much knowledge every day. The whole staff team are amazing and work really hard to make the experience great. The accommodation and food in the ashram are lovely. Binni Ji the receptionist is a star, she brightens up every day and makes you feel so welcome. I will really miss this place and I feel the experience has been life changing. I highly recommend Mimamsa if you want to start your yoga teaching journey.

First I want to say is thank you! Life changing experience is an understatement. I am so blessed to have been able to stay with the Mimamsa family. You all have been so amazing. I will never know how to repay you for all of the love and dedication you put into this journey. Leaving home and being stripped away of everything you know can be very overwhelming, but I wouldn’t have wanted it to be with any other Ashram and any other family in Rishikesh. Minoji thank you for your compassionate wisdom and your positive personality. I will miss your energy. Remember to take a vacation because you deserve it!
