Austin did an excellent job. Ask about spider control, offered an additional product to help. Showed concern about our dog being out on deck after spraying.

Austin and Jacob with Miller the Killer were kind, helpful and thorough in providing the the service we subscribe to. We were given updated information for the season and questions were answered about our egress. We were updated about the status of activity of pests they saw around our house after they did their work and we would highly recommend them.

Our puppy had acquired fleas this year and we had a heck of a time getting rid of them. We ended up contacted Miller Pest & Termite. Not only were they fast to schedule me in, they offered e-mail communication, which helped during my work week/busy schedule and the treatment was quick. Upon their recent visit, they were kind enough to follow-up asking how we were doing and to see if we were still having any issues that we could notice. The only thing that would be more helpful is later hours for treatment or weekend availability, but even when my schedule didn't meet theirs, they were extremely flexible and offered to assist and we made it work.
Thanks for your feedback Sara. We appreciate your business! Please let us know if there is anything we can do to help out.

Austin was very friendly and did excellent job of explaining what he was doing around our home. He was cordial in some extra details that we wanted him do.
Katie was on time, did a great job of explaining the treatment before application, and clearly described the approach for continuing to treat the pests going forward.
Your review made our day! Thanks for being an awesome customer.
