Not sure why the bedbugs came back. As always, James did a great job. We did have to leave this time, so wasn't sure what he did, but there was evidence that he had been thorough. (Furniture moved, etc). We noticed a big difference within a couple of days. So glad we have been paying the monthly fee to just be sure they are gone. Thanks!!

He knocked on door to announce he was there ask if any inside problems. I told him having problems with ants. He sprayed the house inside and then did the outside. Got all the cobwebs and the usual stuff he does outside. I am sure he did a good job.
