Jackson and Devin were polite and respectful. More importantly they were professionals in the installation of my new walk in shower and a new toilet. They knew how and what to do to revitalize my 58 year old bathroom. Who ever trained these young men had to be a true professional. A happy customer . Heard your ad on KTRS I am happy I called .

Just finished our primary Bedroom bathroom remodel. Heard about Michael's Baths thru KMOX-Dave Glover. Not knowing who to call, and I believe Dave doesn't recommend a business unless he knows first hand their reputation. So we decided to remodel. The only down side was had to wait 4 months, but I now understand. The professional and quality of the work is top notch, the attention to detail was very impressive. WES and Deven did an OUTSTANDING JOB! Very profesional and easy to work with for concerns/issues. Highly Recommend!
Had two showers taken out and updated with handicap showers. Vanities in one bathroom replaced.one toilet upgraded to taller toilet, two light bars above vanity replaced.
The two man crew worked for five days on the projects. Very nice and professional.

We used this company to redo our small bathroom. Javan ( installer) was outstanding. He answered all our questions and addressed all our concerns. Very knowledgeable.He gave us his opinions when we asked which helped us to make up our minds on things we had trouble making up our minds.
His helper Jeremiah was awesome as well. Shout out to Tony as well who worked with us on design, and layout.
I am so impressed with this company, we are going to use them to redo our larger bathroom this year. Work crew showed up every day and on time. Big deal to us. We have worked with contractors before … it can be hit or miss. Not with these guys. You won’t be sorry about getting this outfit to do your bathroom. I will give another review when they complete our 2nd bathroom.
What a great company. Damon was such a hard worker, and Tobias too. The bathroom looks amazing. we replaced out tub with a shower. They were so nice and polite and cleaned up good after each day. Touch was nice too. Our bathroom looks amazing. They were very reasonably priced. A lot less than other places that we checked. We will definitely use them in the future.
From start to finish our experience with Michael’s has been absolutely top notch. Tony the Sales Manager was terrific to work with and our installer, Weston, not only did an incredible job replacing our stall shower, he was on time, he was communicative, vey friendly, neat, perfectionist and an absolute non-stop worker. We engaged Michael's Bath to remodel a guest bathroom. It was original 80's style and we wanted a walk-in shower rather than a tub. Was very pleased at the quote we received. Originally had a date scheduled in July but they called and asked if they could do the job in May. Worked great for us and Javan L. showed up right on time to start the demo. He was the main man for the job and I can say I have never met a young man of his age that had such a combination of skill and knowledge about remodeling a bathroom. He did it all except for electrical and painting. And, he did an excellent job. Everything was done so well I have nothing but good to say about his work. Plus, when it came to making decisions about where to mount things or other options, he would call us in and show us what he needed to decide. It was always a discussion and he would usually say that he recommended doing something a certain way "because", and it was always a really good reason! It was a true pleasure working with him and I highly recommend Michael's and Javan for a bath remodel!

We have two full bathrooms in our condo. Both had combined shower/tubs. We decided to replace one of these "units" with a shower. Michael's did the work. It is beautiful — just what we wanted. The young (everyone is young to me anymore) men that did the work could not have been more professional or courteous. Everything in the entire process could not have been better — the first visit, the bidding process, setting up the work and then the work itself.
We recently purchased a home that had two bathrooms badly in need of updating. The installation and demo was done in a meticulous fashion by Javon the installater . He was very conscientious of some painting we recently did and explained any minor issues he came across. I definitely recommend this company and would ask for Javon if at all possible.
Michaels just finished our bathroom last night. Javan was our primary worker and did an excellent job. He, and all those who worked here, was courteous, respectful, and professional. All work was completed earlier than expected with excellent results. A few unexpected things developed which were handled quickly by Javan. Would definitely recommend Michaels for your projects and also would recommend you request Javan as your point person.

Michael's Baths is phenomenal! Everyone I dealt with was courteous and efficient and the job they did was wonderful. If you're going to get several bids, ask them to come in last because you will end up using them. I had them come in first and had nothing to compare with but their prices were far and above the very best. I had three bathtubs replaced and they look fabulous.
Excellent experience, made process easy, professional and reasonable. Installers, Jackson and Zac and Mark project manager were so polite and accommodating ..their moms would be proud. Finally decided to do a tub to walk-in shower conversion. Did my due diligence and got 5 in-home estimates, all from well-known, reputable companies specializing in baths. Michael’s Baths was my last estimate and Mike (the owner) was who actually came out.
Reasons why I chose Michael’s Baths:
- Estimate was thousands less for same quality materials. He fully explained why his price was lower when I asked.

- All work to be done by actually company employees.
- Mike suggested better options than my original plans.

- Installer Jackson and helper Cody. Most accommodating workmen I’ve ever had in my house. They were professional, talented, punctual, polite and engaging. Jackson fully explained everything and regularly sought my input.
- Project Manager Mark came out regularly to check on progress, help out if needed, and to see if I had any questions/concerns.
- All three repeatedly expressed their goal being my satisfaction.
- Upon drywall removal a problem was found due to plumbing work done years ago by a different company. Michael’s Baths fixed it without any additional cost.
