When I first arrived with my car being towed to Metric Motors I met Arlene who leaving for the day. I asked questions about service and what to do as it was the end of the day. Arlene assist and assured me that my car was in good hands. The following day I received a call from Sean who was informative on the repair process with my car. The following day I received a call that my car was repaired. Metric Motors is a family owned business and they made me feel like part of the family. I’ve been going to Metric Motors for several years. This time was just an inspection. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Over the summer I had a death in the family and needed another car inspected right away so I could drive upstate. The staff went out of their way to get my car in and out as quickly as possible. They were so kind and understanding. Also any time I’ve had a car in for repairs, the service has been highly professional and outstanding. I truly appreciate how well I’ve been treated.
Matrix employees are professional and waiting time is adequate.. They inform you step by step on diagnostic findings and information on repair plans. They are timely returning the vehicle to you. I would recommend that repair shop without hesitation. Keep up the good work Matrix motors!.
I was having trouble with the exhaust ssystem but zàrtes older car. Metric determined the problem and repaired it quickly. All while keeping the cost reasonable for an orlder car. The car sounds like new again.
My whole family has been using Metric since the3szey opened years ago. We all trust and appreciate the fantastic service we receive each time..
