Nice hotel, friendly staff, modern rooms and bar area. Pillows not great, your head will go straight through them and down the mattress, so you may as well not have them. Walls are paper thin so you can hear ABSOLUTELY everything going on next door, including the cleaners crashing and smashing around the rooms from 7am, so no lay ins. Definitely a reasonable price for what you get overall though.
Clean hotel about a mile from the city centre. What you'd expect from a chain hotel. Parking expensive £25 over 8 hours cost a bit over 3 days. Friendly staff.

Wir hatten einen Aufenthalt für eine Nacht gebucht und waren in der 11. Etage mit tollem Blick über München untergebracht. Der Service am Check-in war freundlich und professionell.
Leider wurden wir in der Nacht durch laute Musik aus einem der Fahrstuhlschächte geweckt( Aufzug war in Wartung und Musik in Kabine hatte sich automatisch aktiviert), was ein weiterschlafen, aufgrund der Nähe unseres Zimmers zum Fahrstuhl, unmöglich gemacht hat.
Ich habe mich in der Nacht mit diesem Problem an die Rezeption gewendet und man hat uns direkt einen Zimmertausch angeboten und sich entschuldigt. Diesem Angebot sind wir nachgekommen und konnten dann etwas später zumindest noch 2h schlafen.
Das Ereignis an sich war sehr unangenehm, wurde jedoch von den Mitarbeitern sehr gut gelöst. Vielen Dank dafür.

Das Personal war freundlich und das Zimmer sauber.
Ich habe nur zwei Meckerpunkte:
Das Hotel hat kein eigenes Parkhaus und es gibt auch kein Rabatt für das Parkhaus, was direkt neben dem Hotel ist und Online als „Parkmöglichkeit“ beworben wird. Ich hatte den Eindruck, dass das Hotel mit der „Parkmöglichkeit“ etwas bewirbt, was nicht vorhanden ist.
Ich konnte in der Dusche nicht aufrecht stehen (1,95m). Dieses Problem wird man unter 1.90m wohl nicht haben, aber ich hatte es nunmal.
