I recently bought a house and the cabinet drawer had two holes in the front of it. Someone must’ve accidentally drilled holes through the inside and it came out the front. I reached out to the cabinet people and they didn’t make the veneer anymore for the front. So then I reached out to McDowells. They took a look and said there’s a lot of different colors in this and it’s not going to look 100% when we are done. But I had no other option. Their attention to detail and meticulously go after this project was mind blowing. They were sending me pictures and keeping me updated throughout the whole process (4 weeks). I picked up the cabinet after they repaired it and it looked 99.5% like original. My jaw was literally on the floor when I saw the finished product, unless I really pointed it out to you and we were in the right lighting then you would see the work they did. Otherwise where the holes originally were is unnoticeable. Their staff was friendly and professional. I would HIGHLY recommend McDowells.

I brought two barrel chairs in that I wanted reupholstered. Jenn taught me how to understand the sturdiness of the fabric and helped me find the right fabric. They were ready for me when they had committed, and the chairs were done within the timeframe they had provided. We absolutely love the chairs. There was a little issue that I needed help with and Jenn and the general manager were exceptionally helpful. I highly recommend them and will use them for all of my upholstery needs.

Everything about my experience at McDowell’s Specialty was outstanding. From being greeted at my car by Bert (the owner) and discussing my project with Ronson & Meghan, I was so impressed. They listened to me, understood exactly what I wanted & spoke to their specific experts to get me an accurate estimate of time and materials. The job came out perfectly and took considerably less time than estimated. I’m so happy to have found McDowell’s and will be using them whenever I have a need in the future. Thank you McDowell’s!

There is a gap at the top of both side windows. I spoke with the team at McDowells awhile back about this. Such great service and care about their workmanship and customers. They offered to fix the problem at no cost. This kind of service is why I continue and plan to return there. Thank you team McDowells!

I'm so happy with the repairs! First, Jenn was amazing to work with to get everything scheduled. She checked everything to see what needed attention and made sure I understood what was going to happen. Then, Lani did the repairs and honestly, it looks like a new panel! She really went the extra mile. I'm so happy and have already recommended them to friends.
