Overall really good. Kris was great in the office and is an asset to McCollochs. As are Billy and Denver, who both made sure to keep me informed and communicated with me throughout the job, even though the job wasn't their job. They popped around to help out and finish up a bit of snagging work and even cleaned up for me. They were very respectful and polite. Michelle was also very efficient in the office. My price was honoured and although a few unexpected changes were needed part way (due to some rotten rafters), the additional costs were very fair from Tim. There wasn't any hidden sting anywhere. I would use them again and recommend them. Thank you Natalie

We had a small leak through the roof into our bedroom.
McColloch Roofing responded quickly to our request for a quote. They offered a proportionate and pragmatic solution to the leak and, if I'd been available, could have 'squeezed' us in quickly to carry out the work. Unfortunately, I wasn't so we had to wait a little while. When the team turned up they were polite and helpful and carried out the necessary work with a minimum of fuss and disruption.

I had originally asked for a quote to fix a leak in the front of house roof. The roofers came and told me that the back flat roof needed work too and gave me a quote to fix the back flat roof and to inspect and repair the front roof. Well the builders fixed the flat roof, but did not inspect the front, but had charged me for it. It took several calls to get the roofers but to the property and when they did appear, they inspected the roof visually from street level and left very promptly after. I complained and got a refund for the work that was not carried out in the front of the house.
Overall, felt the company was not honest and more likely to try to turn a quick buck on unsuspecting clients.

I called and asked for someone to come and look at my roof. It was Tim that came and nothing was too much trouble. He patiently answered my endless questions and gave a couple of options for solving my roof issues. Fantastic company, I would highly recommend.

We had a leak in our Roof that was repaired quickly at a very competitive price and to the highest standard. The roofers were very knowledgeable friendly curious. I cannot recommend McCulloch roofing enopugh.
