We hope to see you back in the future

was still very enjoyable! We are so glad to hear that you found the women who assisted with your spa service to be amazing.
I sincerely apologize for the lack of communication at the end of your service and that it felt like it concluded abruptly. Because you selected our Luxury Hamam package, which does not include an oil massage, the treatment naturally ends right after the traditional bath finishes. We will definitely instruct our team to communicate the conclusion of this specific package more clearly to our guests so you aren't left wondering!
To give you that perfectly extended relaxation next time, I highly recommend choosing our Luxury Mix package. It includes the exact same luxurious hamam experience you loved, seamlessly followed by a 45-minute mix massage to complete your spa day.
We also appreciate your honest feedback regarding our pricing, and we continuously strive to ensure our high-quality facilities and skilled team provide great value. Thank you again for visiting us, and we hope to welcome you back for a flawless experience next time.

We are delighted that our location just a short walk from the port was convenient for you, and even happier that the steam, sauna, scrub, and foam treatments sent you to such a relaxing space. It is fantastic to hear how much you loved the 1-hour Balinese style massage as well. I will be sure to pass on your kind words and special thanks to Yolanda—she will be absolutely thrilled to know she made your visit so memorable!
