MAX WAX Car Valeting and Detailing Reviews

Thanks Dave, really glad you were happy with the car inside and out after its valet in Chichester. We look forward to seeing you again.

MAX WAX Team

Thank you Rachel. It's lovely to hear the whole team, from the office to the technicians, looked after you. Glad the interior valet and headlights came up so well in Burgess Hill.

MAX WAX Team

Thank you Claudia. Paint spills are one of our specialities, so we're delighted we got your car back at our Shoreham studio and home to Reigate. Thanks for taking the time to tell everyone.

Thanks Sian, glad the valet in Haywards Heath went smoothly on the day. See you next time.

MAX WAX Team

Thanks Luke, we'll pass that on to Henry. Glad the car came out immaculate after its exterior wax in Bognor Regis.

MAX WAX Team

Hi Ian, thank you for the feedback and I'm sorry you weren't happy with the result.

Our technician left believing you were pleased with the work, so your review was the first we knew there was a problem. Since seeing it we've called you twice, left a voicemail and emailed you, as we'd like to understand which areas you weren't happy with.

One thing worth explaining. A lease return valet is a different service to our standard MAX WAX detail. On a detail we work to our own eye for how a car should be presented. On a lease return we work to a financial test instead. Every step is judged on one question, will this get picked up at inspection and cost you money. If the answer is no, we leave it out, because including it only adds to your bill. Nourishing the interior plastics and applying a protective wax are two examples of many. No inspector will fail a car on either.

If you had phoned and asked for the MAX WAX service knowing the car was going back on lease, we'd have advised you against it for exactly that reason. We should have made that distinction clearer to you at booking and that's on us.

If your vehicle hasn't already gone back, the offer to come out and put right anything that was missed still stands.

Matthew Firkins, Sales and Service Manager, MAX WAX

Thanks Matt. Glad the courtesy car helped and the car came back right from our Shoreham studio. Enjoy it in Steyning.

Thank you. A 5 litre spill is a big one, so we're really pleased we could sort it quickly for you.

MAX WAX Team

Thank you Annie, that's lovely to read. Glad our Shoreham studio could get your car back to how it should be for the drive home to Bristol.

MAX WAX Team

Thanks Hollie. Black is hard work, so we're glad the exterior wax in Portsmouth got it gleaming. Leave it to us next time.

MAX WAX Team

Thank you Annette. Cigarette smoke is one of the hardest smells to shift, so we're thrilled your car came back fresh from our Shoreham studio. Enjoy it around Hove.

MAX WAX Team

Thanks Peter. Great to hear the exterior wax went beyond what you expected. We'll pass your kind words on to Jordon and look forward to seeing you in Southampton again.

MAX WAX Team

Thank you Issie. Jordon loved bringing the interior back to life at your home in Liss, and we'll make sure he sees this.

Thanks Willard. Your 4 Series was a pleasure to work on, from the paint correction to the ceramic coating at our Shoreham studio. Enjoy the shine back in Burgess Hill.
