We are sorry you feel this way but you only allowed our Paid ads manager 3 weeks, this including the build-out of the ads campaign before abruptly removing our access to your accounts with zero communication of doing so. Our ads manager that was assigned to your account went above and behind to have initial meetings during the build-out to explain everything happening in very fine detail and was forced by your end to keep most of the previous campaign even though we recommended to not do this as you said it was creating to many spam leads (hence why spam leads continued to come in). We have proof however that our campaign did generate a number of legitimate leads in the VERY short period of time we had access and launched. Aside from all of this, we were very clear that you were on a 3-month initial commitment, of which you signed an agreement (Dated and recorded on DocuSign) that also clearly states this and says if you cancel before the 3 month period that you are still responsible for payment. We take pride in our reputation, the results we get, and ultimately our clients businesses. We are nothing without our amazing clients of which we have many that have been with us for years! We wish your business the best, but hope you do not bully and treat any marketing agencies in the future like you have done with us.
